Government evacuates remaining civilians in Na Treng
President Hun Mochhai announces a full scale evacuation plan in Na Treng after devastating air strikes committed by Oikawan and Southern air forces

Na Treng - Earlier today our commander and leader, President Hun Mochhai, has announced a plan that will locate and evacuate the remaining civilians in the capital, Na Treng. The city, which is still for roughly 30% in the hands of the Revolutionary Liberation Army, had already been reduced to ruins since the start of the war on September the 4th. However the damage done by the air strikes committed by the fascist Oikawan and in lesser amount Southern air forces, combined with Southern ground attacks, on the first of November is only now becoming clear. A terrible official death toll has been made public; during and after the attacks on the first day of this sad month no less then 9,876 civilians lost their lives. The Supreme Soviet wisely chooses not to make the amount of military casualties public for strategic purposes, but assured the people that those who have lost a fiend or family member will be informed as soon as possible. Not only did many Kambudjan and Lanxangese families lose a person close to them, our nation has lost brave workers, peasants and soldiers. But our leader and the people's government stay strong and promise that the lives that where lost in this "despicable and genocidal" act will be avenged. The President himself has also commended the brave resilience shown by the civilians and more so the soldiers who have fought and died in the Battle for Na Treng, naming them and all other soldiers "Hero's of the people".

It is expected that the evacuation will take about two days. The shortness of the evacuation can be explained with several reasons. The first and most important one being the fact that many people have already fled the city, which before the heroic communist take-over on the 29th of January 2010 had a population of over 2.1 million people. It is expected that less then 5,000 civilians remain in our capital today. Another fact that should speed up the necessary process is the high-technological tunnel network that has been build and expanded over the last year. These tunnels will make it easier to get to isolated areas and safely lead out the people. By using the tunnels the civilians will be protected by Southern ground forces and light air strikes, who have in the past intentionally killed thousands of innocent people. The hardest part however will be evacuating the hundreds of wounded that have not been able to be relocated sooner, wounded normally being removed from the battle scenes immediately. The latter will absorb the most time and will be more vulnerable for enemy attacks, but the Revolutionary Liberation Army has promised that it will do everything to get their comrades out safe. Civilians who do insist on staying in the city are given an assault rifle for personal protection against the murderous and often even rapist hordes of the South.

The vicious and inhumane tactics of the Siem Khun dictatorship are unreservedly condemned by the People's Republic of Vangala and must be denounced by the international community. Strong and firm sanctions against the military junta are required to prevent the deliberate targeting of civilians in future conflicts and allegations of Oikawan involvement in war crimes must also be investigated.

History has shown, and this article has proven, that wherever communism makes an appearance; let alone form a government, it can only lead to war.

The Socialist Republic of Coronado condemns the tactics of targeting of civilians adopted by the military junta of South Ratomkira and agree with our concerned friends in Vangala that such tactics must also be condemned by the international community and sactions brought against that criminal regime in Siem Khun.

We inform the Socialist Republic of Coronado that any illegal immigrants to Ratomkira claiming the status of diplomatic personnel will not be recognized as such and thus will not be subject to the advance information and harm avoidance policies adhered to by Ratomkiran and Imperial Oikawan forces when it comes to aerial anti-terrorist measures conducted by these states. Lack of advance knowledge about impending air strike could put citizens from Coronado that illegally immigrated to Ratomkira at risk of becoming victims of said anti-terrorist measures and the Ratomkiran and Oikawan governments can't and won't guarantee the safety of these illegal immigrants.

Not being warned of impending air strikes by Ratomkiran and Imperial Oikawan forces and coming under the same threat as the civilians already being targeted, or perhaps even being specifically targeted, is a danger Coronadan diplomats will courageously face.

We can not express our gratitude towards our comrades, the Socialist Republic of Coronado, with words. The Imperialist murderous Oikawans will never understand the courageousness of true socialist governments and the equality-loving people that stand behind them like a single fist. Europe should make no mistake, Oikawa and its LFS lackeys fear the imminent second rise of communism. From their point of view, they are right to fear us and even their own people.

The Socialist Republic of Taishan wholeheartedly supports and acknowledges the People's Revolutionary Republic of Ratomkira as the sole legitimate government of Ratomkira. We hope that we can work together in the future to advance Socialism worldwide. We also condemn the tyrannous Empire of Oikawa which has ruined many families and caused much pain for the great people of the People's Revolutionary Republic of Ratomkira.

We condemn the entracne in the war of the Oikawan Empire. This shows how rotten and weak is the system in South Ratomkira. One a revolution or revolt is started, by stopping it, one will do the things worse. It will motivate the people to step and change the government.
