Our two countries share a great tradition of brotherly relations, one founded on the common principles of morality, justice and opposition to the Marxist ideology, and as these recent days have shown to the world, that threat is now more dangerous to the sentinels of civilisation than it has ever been before in the past. The Imperial Military is very much interested in learning from its brothers in arms in the Mezhist Armed Forces and looks to invite advisers and trainers to help our own forces better themselves.

There is no doubt of the solidarity that closely binds our two nations, a united front that seeks to guard civilisation from the barbarism of red Marxist depravity. As such, we have deemed this proposal a crucial element in the survival of civilised Europe. The Mezhist Armed Forces will gladly cooperate with the Imperial Sikandari Military, and send advisors and trainers to Shahdara immediately. This advisory and training group will consist of personnel from all branches of the Mezhist Armed Forces - the Mezhist Army, Air Force, Navy, and Blue Moon Special Warfare Command - and will cater to working with all levels of the Imperial Military, from top to bottom. These are dark times we face, and it is our duty to ensure that you, our allies of the Sikandari Empire, are assisted to the best of our ability, in improving your capacity to protect the world from the bloodied stain of militant Bolshevism.
