The dangers of the Communists and of their blockades and of their many conflicts spreading to Sikandara's shores was always a great fear for the Empire's allies across the long sea and further abroad, and the times of reduced trade between our two nations has been most regrettable. The High Kingdom of Ivernia is pleased to hear the Empire of [MENTION=635]Sikandara[/MENTION] has obtained a level of stability to the point where our nations can return to our old levels of trade and exchange. This is particularly good news in the petrol mercantile routes as those lines are near lifelines for the Celtic lands. The Empire provides a service the High Kingdom would rather not do without and we thank you for taking the risks, as there always are, in securing these deliveries safely and reliably.
Moreso on the question of Delivery, the High Kingdom of Ivernia would request that while in normal circumstances the great Port City of Vedrarfjord would be the typical recipient of the lion's share of Sikandara's delivery we must ask due to stressing internal matters for a change of venue, to the Port City of Portcaisleán, Gate-Way to Dún Midhe in Nemedia.
