In view of recent events in the region, I believe it to be my responsibility to correspond with my counterparts in the regional neighbourhood. It is my personal assurance that Serenierre seeks to do your nation any harm and that the current hostilities between Serenierre and Occitania are on account of dangerous and provocative actions by their government which were strategically a threat to the status quo of Gallia. The Government of Serenierre remains committed to the principles of Gallian self-determination. As a bulwark against Marxist Leninovism, we have ensured over the decades through our tireless diplomacy that the scourge of Ivar's communism stays well away from Gallia and we believe that our actions will in the long run restore neutrality and peace to the region.
In an effort to ensure that our countries remain on positive ties, we would like to install a hotline between Villesen and your capital to ensure that no misunderstandings or any other problems.
