which shall regulate the République Fleuroise relationships throughout the glob, have passed at 83% majority. Based on a solid, firm and transparent text ensuring equality in front of the international community and laws, this Convention aims to be widely spread throughout the World, as we shall stand by our words with our decisive intention to apply it on all our theatres of diplomatic activity.To call for its wide adoption by Nations, I have decided, with immediate effect the application of the Convention to every Diplomatic entities and representation on Fleuroix’s soil. A financial help shall be also made available for the Nations in-need, for the management of their Embassies and Consulates to align with the new Convention, fully paid by the République Fleuroise.
Starting from now on, the République Fleuroise shall only have an Embassy and Consulates in Nations agreeing to, at least for the Fleuroix diplomatic representations, apply this Convention to not only ensure a fair treatment to the personnel, but also as a sign of civility.
We hope Nations to follow us in that path,

O.O.C.: I allow myself to create this thread, for allowing Nations to join this Diplomatic Convention, which links towards the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, both texts being enforced and applied by the vast majority of Real Life Nations (179). Why is it a big deal? Well, personally I wishes to orient my RolePlay very much towards Diplomacy, Economy and Culture. But for doing so, in case of a Crisis for instance or else, we need to have a common ground for discussing about the expel of an Embassy for example (I already saw some RolePlays in other regions where the Ambassador have been put in prison for instance, therefore this is a real issue), and to avoid that I make clear that the République Fleuroise shall have those Diplomatic representations only in Nations following it. The République Fleuroise shall also, as mentioned in the letter, apply the Convention on its soil whatever of the nationality.
