To whom it may concern;

Queen Julian looks forward to her upcoming trip to Avalon. A small difficulty has arisen and may require postponement. By the customs of our land, before Her Majesty is courted, she ought to be introduced to society in a cotillion, that is, in a debutante ball. It would be appropriate for all the young royals and upper nobility of Europe to be invited.

We have two choices, either to postpone Her Majesty's visit to Avalon so that an appropriate debutante ball may be thrown in Windhaven (to which the princes royale would be invited, of course), or to have such an event hosted in the Kingdom of Justosia.

Please advise.
