With the cooperation of the People's 3rd Infantry Division of the Minh Lực lượng vũ trang (Armed Forces) lead by our own High Chairman General Hien Khan and the Strategic Forces of the People's Chuthe lead by myself as well as some cooperation with the Minh Lực lượng biên giới (Border Forces), Minhdao hereby confirms the war games and the equal participation on December 21st with our neighbours in Sinhai and the Republican Guard. We believe that it is imperative that we as neighbours and partners work together during these war games to ensure a better and more powerful Serindia.
