Good day and my warm regards,
In recent days, the world has seen Drakun Imperium emerge out of isolation and onto the world stage, an announcement made by one no less than the Sceptor himself. That announcement was witnessed by the Kingdom's Ambassador to Arendaal who attended the rare occasion. And in that announcement were elements that the Kingdom of Belmont agrees with fully and words were expressed in support of the Kingdom's recent operation against the evils of communism.

It is the opinion of His Royal Highness The Prince Regent, Her Excellency Premier Martinique and myself that we must invest energy and resources in building a bilateral relationship that may change the world for the better. In an effort to do so, we would like to inquire if the Government of Drakun Imperium would be interesting in building a relationship with the Kingdom of Belmont.

Belmont's desire to build a relationship with the Drakun Imperium, king of all nations has been duly noted. The Scepter is most pleased by Belmont's conversion to the ideals that have allowed Drakunians to enjoy blissful paradise for generations. We have undertaken efforts within our own government to give moral support to your war against Coronado, which your leaders wage without concern for the hollow moralistic recriminations of lesser men.

Undoubtedly a high level Belmontian representative should be sent with all due haste to our capital city to engage in important discussions on how Belmont can best serve the interests of the Imperium, and the exportation of an orderly paradise to all of Europe. For that is a cause that knows no superior, and is led by no man. It is only furthered by the dedication and actions of noble individuals in the serve of such a beautiful aspiration.

The swift reply from your good office is greatly appreciated and I contact you to inform you of the Government of Belmont's decision to appoint a delegation, led by myself, and including members of the two houses of Parliament and the Privy Council, shall visit Drakun Imperium at a date announced by the host government.

In a meeting, the like of which remains in the planning stage at the moment, what levels of cooperation would the Government of Drakun Imperium be interested in discussing. In a future response, it would greatly appreciated if an itinerary is attached.

A meeting should be arranged with all due haste. Naturally, on the table for discussion will be current events and conflicts, especially the war your government has chosen to wage against Coronado. As you are aware, as it no doubt spurred an undeniable warmth between our two countries, the Scepter has expressed sympathy for your nation’s efforts. With that in mind we will have to discuss what the Imperium will be able to accomplish in aiding Belmont, how we would bring about that aid, the kind and perhaps most important what rewards are in store for Drakun post-conflict.

Potential avenues of economic partnership will also be up for discussion.
