The consistory, with approval of the emperor, has decided to privatize the national oil industry. The Imperial Oil Company, which owns all of the nation's oil derricks and off-shore platforms, will be broken up and sold to companies at the highest bidder. There are six oil refineries owned by the IOC. The IOC will be replaced with the Imperial Petroleum Commission, which will regulate the standards of the oil industry. The secretariat will have to approve all purchases.

Disobeying the regulations set forth by the IPC will result in fines and possible seizing of property.

OOC: Percentage means the percent of the overall industry you own, not the amount of stock in the company. Also state if you want to buy one of the refineries.

Allowing such a purchase will ensure the least possible job losses, and the improvement of infrastructure to ensure the oil supply reaches Wiese.
