The Government of Justosia continues to posture and make bold claims about the Proletarian North even though we are separated by several significantly large bodies of water and several landmasses. The North is willing to point out that the Northern Realms are historically at the most stable point since its inception. The North's only goal is independence, where it is clear that the goal of the Justosian government is to promote rabidly destructive ideologies. The nationalist ideologues of Justosia pose little threat to the Northern Realms. Justosia, the hermit kingdom which only recently stumbled into the international scene after many years of isolation, is little more than a remote outpost of civilization where the far-right, toothless monarchists supported by King Francis-Francis militarize their pitifully outdated society to confront the "international communist" when the Northern Realms are perfectly satisfied with our current situation and have no designs for international conquest. The Justosian royals are pig snouts, dirty curs, lions with no teeth, and cowardly misers who only wish to exploit their own people for their own aims. In the southern portions of our country, there is a frog in the swampland that bloats its own body in order to scare off other animals. This is no different than the Justosian royals, falsely presenting their stereotypically far-right strength in order to cow their enemies. We will not be cowed by such empty threats. Justosia has neither the means nor the competence to represent any threat to the North.

Justosian royals reach into the international sphere with white foam pouring from their drug-addled mouths, their body like an unfed mutt, grasping at straws to justify their hunger for the blood of the innocent. It is clear the government of Justosia will not stop until buckets of blood are presented to them.

"Fellow Senators, fellow subjects. I address you today on the eve of change righteous. At twelve noon today, the sixteen convicted Communist traitor criminals were executed via lethal injection via closed session. I issued an Edict commuting their firing squad sentences. Three have been spared. After praying, & advice, I have resigned that hanging should be outlawed. Firing squads should be phased down to military tribunal decisions for military crimes only. Lethal injection should be the only, main form of civilian capital punishment in the Holy Kingdom. Enough is enough.

Furthermore, I am within my sovereign constitutional authority to hereby, henceforth, order all death sentences no longer broadcasted openly, anywhere. I am also ordering a full, top down review of the Ministry Justice de Royale. Public defenders must be adequately paid. The appeals process must be fair and transparent.

I come before this noble body today to implore you to pass, with haste legislation outlawing hanging, and phasing firing squads down to military tribunals only. I also call on you to pass a resolution backing my review Edict and mandating national penalties for violations exposed by the Ministry Interior de Nationale."

In an effort to recoup some of the burden suffered by the taxpayers, HRM has ordered the aforementioned merging of those ministries. This will save Justos. This will streamline government. Current Commerce, Intelligence, & Security Ministry employees who may lose their jobs shall be compensated monetarily or otherwise reassigned.

The Justos allocated in the latter part of the new budget for these ministries shall be rerouted appropriately. This simply makes the most fiscal & buearocratic sense. Viva Justosia.
