NEWS LEVEL: RED (FRANKFURT) The County of Kahlenberg has declared itself independent of the Scanlaw, and now attached itself to the Touyou based Anti-State. "This is a post-delegationist society, we are free to do what we want," commented County President Johannes Diefenbaker. The Scanlaw has commented that such a unilateral decision is illegal by convention as such freedoms are given to the individual, not the State.

NEWS LEVEL: RED (Embarcadero) Violence errupted across Monterrey, as a military base in Embarcadero where Gran Occidentian soldiers and local National Guardsmen were based was been attacked with RPGs and small arms. The situation has been observed in Acahay and Villa Hayes too. This explosion of violence comes just hours after the Monterrey government in exile announced a state of war between them and the People's State of Gran Occidentia for the ascension referendum of Monterrey as the Tapenaga, the newest province of Gran Occidentia.​

NEWS LEVEL: ORANGE (Embarcadero) National Revolutionary Army attempts another raid on the town of Acahay, trying to attack it from the north, in an attempt to take over the valley which connects the inland lowlands to the coast, across the mountains diving Monterrey. Along the valley, the National Guard was expecting such an attack and have managed to ambush the nationalists. While numbers are still sketchy, it is expected that about 20 casualties were reported from the nationalist side, while the Guard reported only 3 wounded.​

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (KJELLERUP) The current fighting between Austwegian and Gutnish militias has resulted the agreement to have a meeting in Kjellerup, Jysken. Militia leaders will be present as well as government officials for all parts of the Scanlaw. The meeting is described as a Grand Moot-lite, and will be the first major meeting where the newly added Bourdignie as negotiated with the Gothic Sea Pact will be present with representation. Kahlenberg is likely to be discussed as well.

NEWS LEVEL: RED (Embarcadero) Just a few hours after the Junta of National Liberation heeded the calls of the Federation of Westernesse and San Jose, announcing a unilateral ceasefire and an end to offensive operations so that the war can be mediated, the government of Tapenaga, has started an extremely strong attack on the pro-nationalist districts of Pueblo Verde and La Candelaria in Embarcadero, using Gran Occidentian helicopters for aerial attacks, and tear gas. Completely overwhelmed, the local Auto-Defence Forces had to retreat as after three days of hard battles they were literally all but exhausted as a unit. As integralist paramilitaries descended on the middle class suburbs of Embarcadero, the surviving Auto-Defence Forces aided the evacuation of civilians into the coffee lands to the north east. Reports of looting, raping and even summary executions come from the eastern districts of Embarcadero.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (PROPONTIS) The President of the Union has published a decree formally dismissing the Ecumenical Patriarch of Propontis and replacing him the Metropolitan of Thermi, Tiberius, due to what it termed "undue political interference" from the former. The new Ecumenical Patriarch, Tiberius VIII, is a staunch opponent of his predecessor's and a leader of the Church's Reformist faction. The Patriarch of Hierosolyma, an ally of the former Patriarch, refused to recognise this change and led calls for overnight scuffles in the Holy City, leading to his dismissal by the Presidency of the Union and his arrest for inciting public disorder. Clashes between supporters and opponents of the new Patriarchate are reportedly underway in Hierosolyma in response to his arrest.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (Callao) The embassy of the People's State of Gran Occidentia in Callao has been assaulted by a terrorist group this morning, with 25 attackers storming it and opening fire on the security forces. Thanks to the diligent sacrifice of the security forces, many Gran Occidentian military police officers and Correntine DAS officers, the personnel of the embassy, including the ambassador managed to escape, leaving the attackers in control of the building, with no hostages. The DAS, Military Police and National Army have all come together in a joint operation to assault the embassy to retake it, which they managed in a successful lightning operation. Out of the initial 25 attackers, 23 have been killed in action, and two have been wounded and arrested.​

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (Callao) Marches all over the Estados Unidos took place today, with nearly 10 million people participating, one in five out of all Correntines have taken to the streets today, calling for a quick end to the War in Monterrey. Heavy police, DAS and military presence was observed, to guard the protesters and demonstrators against any form of terrorism, but no incident was reported. The size of the marches puts immense pressure on the government to see peace in the neighbouring territory return. While the official Gran Occidentian press didn't mention them as of yet, there have been many reports of huge peace marches in the People's State of Gran Occidentia too.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (Campo Hortensia) A car bomb rocked the town of Campo Hortensia, in North-Eastern Monterrey, targetting the headquarters of the National Liberation Junta and the National Revolutionary Army. It seemed that a bus that was used before as a transport for refugees from Campo Hortensia to Naccos was filled with 250 kilograms of dynamite, it's explosion creating a huge crater and smashing windows of nearly four blocks around it. Reports state around 30 dead and about 70 wounded, many being members of the National Revolutionary Army, and a few being refugees. The building where the army was headquartered seems to have been totally destroyed and within the victims seem to be El Jaguarcito too. The attack was claimed by the Indigenous Socialist Revolutionary Movement.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (ANDRAVIS) While meeting with local shipyard workers in Andravis as part of his national unity tour across the country, President Alexios Vatatzes-Tzamantouros was gunned won by a lone attacker. The assassin, who was wounded and detained by the President's security escort, is a local ethnic Pelasgian who is affiliated with religious fundamentalist groups calling themselves the 'Holy League', and who was upset at the President's support for the Laskarides Administration's secularism and social reform agenda. The Prime Minister has taken over as Acting President.​

NEWS LEVEL: ORANGE (Toccoa) Violence erupted at the Equality March, a counter-demonstration against the Liberation March which celebrated the end of slavery in Natal. The Toccoa Town Hall approved Equality Front's request for a demonstration when it was stated that 50 people will participate, but everything went south when out-of-staters joined in rising the number of demonstrators to about 1,000. The demonstrators clashed with the police as they wanted to move towards the route of the Libertation March, which brought record levels of attendance of 350,000 people. Two were wounded, one in critical state.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (Kremlyov) A terrorist attack has taken place in Kremlyov, with the bombing of Hotel Metropol, where delagates invited to the Royal Wedding were being hosted. Initial reports state that the Tsar, President Olivia Harper Poole and President Jose Constanza have been severely wounded and are in critical condition. As of yet it isn't known exactly who was the target of the attack, but it is believed that the main target was President Constanza, as the Tsar and President Harper Poole were in his suite, discussing politics, when the bomb exploded.​

NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (NAUPLIA) HRH the Crown Prince of Caria, Theodore Notaras, Duke of Nikaia, has been married to HG the Duchess of Thoricus, Anna Renti. The marriage was performed by the Archbishop of Nauplia in the city's cathedral, and it was attended by HM King John VII, who was thus unable to attend the royal marriage in Tarusa. Celebrations took place throughout the Carian Kingdom, and even some non-official foreign visitors were permitted to enter the country to attend the festivities, in a relaxation of the decades-long 'Closed Country' policy.​

NEWS LEVEL: RED (SANTA CRUZ DE TAUMANTICO) President José David Constanza has been airlifted to Santa Cruz de Taumántico in order to receive intensive medical attention for injuries sustained in Kremylov, Tarusa following the terrorist attack at the Hotel Metropol. President Constanza remains in 'critical condition' according to medical personnel involved in his treatment, although his injuries have not yet been disclosed. As of now he is the only survivor of the attack, with Natalian President Olivia Harper Poole and the Tarusan Tsar being reported dead shortly after the attack. No individuals or organizations have claimed responsibility as of reporting.

(KREMLYOV) A late night explosion rocked the epicenter of the city at Hotel Metropol Kremlyov. Casualties have been minimal due to the small size of the explosion and the spaciousness of the suites where the attack occurred. An unexpected casualty of the attack was the Tsar whom had made a surprise visit to the hotel for unknown reasons, having left a majority of his own security detail at the palace, and the few with him at the entrance of the hotel. Another surprising twist of events is the fact that in the hours since the attack Tsesarevich Alexander has refused the imperial crown in favor of the next in the line of succession Grand Duke Mikhail, Tsar Yuris second son and middle child, who will become the next Emperor of Tarusa.

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (PALMIRA) Vicepresidente Gabriel Morales, who has temporarily taken over executive duties while Presidente José David Constanza continues to undergo medical treatment in the hospital in Santa Cruz de Taumántico, has called for calm amongst the Josefino populace and "faith that El Presidente will make a swift and full recovery from his grievous wounds." This follows several reports throughout the Archipelagic People's Republic of demonstrations by primarily Zaran refugees condemning El Presidente for attending the royal wedding of the Csgenian queen to begin with, and demanding San José present a more aggressive stance towards the reestablishment of an independent Zara. In response to these demonstrations, El Vicepresidente condemned the agitators as "misguided, ungrateful individuals who bite the Josefino hand that feeds them, clothes them, and shelters them from a cruel, uncaring world."

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (SANTA CRUZ DE TAUMANTICO) Presidente José David Constanza is reported to have emerged from intensive medical care, regained consciousness, and has stabilized, his condition being officially upgraded from "critical" to "serious." Josefino doctors have expressed cautious optimism that "although he is not out of the woods yet and requires further monitoring and treatment, El Presidente may begin the recovery process from his wounds shortly."

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (PALMIRA) Demonstrations by radical elements within the Zaran refugee community have continued, resulting in violent clashes with Josefino police and counter-protestors. No deaths or serious injuries have been reported, though minor injuries have occurred as well as numerous arrests, primarily of Zaran protestors who police referred to as "agitators." Vicepresidente Gabriel Morales continues to call for calm, warning that "continued disloyalty to El Presidente and to the Josefino people's generosity will not be tolerated." Zaran protestors, meanwhile, continue to accuse Presidente José David Constanza of being deliberately inactive regarding the Zaran homeland and call for a coalition of powers to liberate Zara.

(KREMLYOV)Mass arrests of citizens of the Empire have begun under the order of His Majesty Ivan Kiselev. The arrests come after Okhrana agents identified Suomi National Front members as the perpetrators of the assassination of former Emperor Yuri VI and Olivia Harper Poole and the attempt on President Constanza. The motive is currently believed that the banned political party were attempting to assassinate President Constanza and frame the Okhrana causing a political scandal that would further isolate the Empire from the world at large and potentially lead it to conflict with CETO and potentially lead to an independent Suomi nation.
