Sha Ruidao Moves to End Transitional Government
Zhenjing, Yujin (YNNA) - The nearly year old transitional government of Yujin has come to an end on Monday, following an announcement by Colonel Sha Ruidao that the nation was prepared to take the next steps towards modernity and Statehood.

The future structure of the Yujin government is unknown. It has largely functioned with the assistance of old Imperial institutions, but signals given by the Imperial Military suggests that these will be abandoned in favor of a more realistic and efficient format.

Still recovering from its recent civil war, Yujin seeks to establish a modern government, rectifying problems manifested in the prior system and establishing a system recognized, respected, and equal to those of foreign nations.

Grand Council for Diplomatic Affairs

The Imperial Government welcomes the moves undertaken by Colonel Sha Ruidao. The stability of Yujin is the stability of Touyou. In the interests of fostering peace in our region, Sikandara has consistently stood by the side of its brother state and shall continue to come to the aid of its all-weather friend. While the challenge of recovery may be immense, the burden shall not fall solely on the shoulders of our Yujiner brothers. The Imperial Government will facilitate all sorts of opportunities to help uplift the people and nation of Yujin.

Further, we commend the strong efforts being undertaken by the Imperial Yujiner Military to destroy dens of communism in their territory. The Imperial Government would like to offer an aid package to the Imperial Military to combat the scourge of subversive elements, such as communism, in Yujin. The aim of this package will be to bolster the fighting capabilities of the Imperial Yujiner Military.

Black]Summit on Future of Yujin to Host Political Leaders, Scientists
[FONT=Lucida Sans
Unicode]Zhenjing, Yujin (YNNA) - In a bid to seek a solution to the current political crisis, Colonel Sha has called on political leaders across the nation to attend a summit hosted within the Capitol to determine the future of Yujin.

Recognizing the importance of a dialogue between patriots of all stripes, Colonel Sha praised political leaders for their dedication in restoring stability and peace to the nation. "Whatever their leanings, these leaders have shown their conviction to a united and strong Yujin. These patriots are the leaders of tomorrow," a spokesman for the regime stated.

Included in the discussion, the third of its kind, will be political scientists from major institutions at home and abroad. The government hopes to capitalize on lessons from the past and new perspectives from overseas to establish a framework for real political change.

However, Colonel Sha announced that some dissidents who took part in the recent Civil War will not be permitted to attend. "We can not permit traitors who seek to dismantle this historic nation to attend a conference on its future. The so-called Hongmenghui terrorists continue to undermine stability in Yujin through their institutions of terror in Xinhai and Qiangzuo. Until our security forces have liberated these areas, there can be no political reconciliation."

SENATVS POPVLVSQVE TIBVRANVS
RES PVBLICA TIBVRANA - MINISTERIVM DE RERVM EXTERNARVM

MMVI MAIVS MMXV - PVBLICA CONSTITVTIONIS

The Senate and the People of Tibur would like to commend Colonel Sha on his efforts to restore peace, tranquility and order to the Great Nation of Yujin. Yujin is a great civilisation which precedes even that of Tibur and whose glory and light has even reached our end of the world. Thus we are adamant in our support of any move that ensures the prosperity of that nation, its civilisation and most of all its people. Furthermore we commend the Colonel's efforts to create a modern, free, egalitarian and Republican country in which all citizens have a part in its governance, are equal under the law and are safe both from internal and external terrorism, oppression, agression and crime.

The Senate and the People of Tibur are more than willing to send political scientists from our academies, which are renowned across the Occidental world, as well as representatives and observers to the summit. Additionally we are willing to send specialists to help modernise the country's governance, education, industry, economy and military while also protecting the rich culture which so deeply respect.

Finally we harshly condemn the traitors who have sought to distabilise Yujin and terrorise its proud folk. They are nothing but foreign instigators and untrue Yujiners who have no place in the proud Yujiner Fatherland and whose "beliefs" are only a facade used solely to cause death, destruction and pain. Ave Tibur et Ave Yujin!

Black]Colonel Sha Dismisses Considerations for Local Ceasefires
Zhenjing, Yujin (YNNA) - Rumors of negotiations between the Yujin military and Communist rebels are unfounded, states Ministry of Defense spokesman.

Some political leaders have called for localized ceasefires in the Qiangzuo region in order to supply humanitarian aid, however military officials note that there is no central figure or organization with which to organize such ceasefires, and unilateral ceasefires will only permit the terrorists to seize humanitarian aid delivered to the region.

"While the military prioritizes humanitarian considerations, we must recognize reality. The Hongmenghui is a fractured organization, and any ceasefire agreed between the military and the terrorists will fail when it becomes apparent that this organization is incapable of coordinating the actions of its so-called members," the spokesman said.

Qiangzuo has been declared a humanitarian disaster by numerous NGO's and aid groups, with conflict occurring throughout the Province as Communist and Christian terrorists strike at Yujin security forces attempting to re-establish control over the province. Despite early gains this year, the government offensive into the region has stalled as supply lines have been drawn out. Military sources state that a new operation will be initiated once gains made this year have been consolidated and secured.

Sha Ruidao Announces Constitutional Conference
Zhenjing, Yujin (YNNA) - Following several days of intellectual and political debate over the formation of a new central government during an international summit, Colonel Sha Ruidao announced that a Constitutional Conference would bring together patriotic brothers from across the country to shape the new framework for the future of Yujin.

Setting forward a framework to be discussed at the Conference, Colonel Sha Ruidao stated that any future government would have to do away with the concept of Dynastic succession and be led by a legitimate leader elected to uphold a popular mandate.

Thanking the efforts of those involved, Colonel Sha announced that the future government of Yujin would learn from the lessons taught by intellectuals both at home and abroad and establish a government which both transformed the nation and upheld its unique cultural dynamics.

IMPERIAL GOVERNMENT OF SIKANDARA
GRAND COUNCIL FOR DIPLOMATIC AFFAIRS

1. June. 1955

I welcome the efforts of Colonel Sha to create a new constitutional framework in the country. The emphasis of combining ideals of democracy to work with the cultural intricacies of a nation as rich in tradition and culture as Yujin is truly a path which we must emulate more in the East. Wholesale imposition of foreign ideologies never has a positive impact on the lives of the people or the health of a culture.

Further, I commend the efforts of the Yujiner military in the proactive role they are taking in handling the menace of insurgency. A stable Yujin is the key to a prosperous region.
