Anderson Holmes, the Prime Minister of the Democratic Empire of Imperium Anglorum, stands up in the Palace of Europe, surrounded by the many varied representatives of the massive region. Safe and secure in a nation of Europe (whose name shall not be revealed should anyone decide to horde that nation), Holmes calls to order the Emergency Meeting of Europe of the Zombie Crisis.
After a few short words explaining the nature of the crisis and the requirement for immediate and decisive action, he introduces the Duke of Geneva, Cyril Parsons, the current Delegate of Europe. Parsons walks up, shakes Holmes' hand, and moves to the podium.
'Today, we have struck a great victory. The future of Europe looks brighter than ever as our nations become freer and more independent from this menace which has plagued our land. And it is in that image which we must look towards. We must view here the future which we have come across and recognise that victory is within our grasp.'
'However, we must also look back, at those dark times which we now so view. We call this conference to discuss and to plan for any future resurgence of this crisis (OOC: which will likely happen next year, so we've got to be prepared). We must administer justice to those which have violated so many WA resolutions on their blatant exportation of dangerous biological goods. We must administer justice to those which have murdered millions in the name of their Empires. Yet, we must also take our region and bind it more together, to strengthen the unity which our fight has produced, to carry the torch onwards to a brighter era!'
