When I said "voluntary", I meant that it´s probably one of multiple options for the style of the forum (or some rather odd bug). I never suggested that you´d had the knowledge to create such things.

Please Change the name of the 'Association of Nations' sub-forum to 'Council of Europe'. We have well over 4 members and we will be requiring a specific place to conduct our work etc. If you could also clear out that sub-forum so we have a clean slate we'd be very appreciative. You can leave me as admin. We will have a few others as well after some votes.

You invade the NPC's then invade the player. IIRC you're allowed to take over NPC's just so long as it's properly RPed.
