Well, considering that he is not even a member of the OSE anymore, I think ut would be appropriate.

Visible to people with-in the AN group, but not visible to the public.

Done. Since the AoN's general assembly is also visible to everybody, I can either make the SC visible to members only, or visible to anybody. No way in between.
