Executor Zviad Saakashvili was standing at the end of a red carpet that lead to where the Rebher’s plane was supposed to land. Elite Guardsmen dressed in traditional uniforms were aligned at the ends of the carpet, not moving a muscle. Behind the Executor was the limo that would drive the two to the Council Chamber.

Saakashvili was dressed in his traditional clothes(OOC: For a visual, the Executor is pictured in his traditional clothes in my sig). This meeting should have happened years ago, but never did and Saakashvili was ecstatic that it was finally happening. It could change Akhaltsikhe’s foreign policy forever, and the Executor hoped it would.

A large crowd had assembled at the airport, they weren’t allowed to get in close for security reasons, but many were cheering, some even had signs that said “Welcome to Tetri Tsqaro.” The Executor was pleased that they showed up, hopefully the Rebher would feel very welcome in his stay.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, the Executor was informed that the Rebher’s plane was approaching the run way.

The Rehber was informed that the private plane which had left Kraliyet earlier on was about to land in Tetri Tsqaro. Serhan Oscelik sat facing his foreign minister Osman Polati and his Hakuvvetler (air force) minister Sinasi Denktash - both dressed in standar Barazian Milliyetci uniforms. The Rehber, who always had to stand out, wore tinted aviators and a medal-incrested general's hat.

From the plane he could see a sea of people within the airport area. It seemed to be a good turn out and The Rehber smiled. "And they say I have no support."
Now landed, the Rehber adjusted his attire and straightened out wit a firm and cold exterior, as it was regulation from any Milliyetci. A few Koruma agents exited the plane before the ministers. Oscelik was the last to emerge, and he did so - waving to the public. Yet another grin was produced from the Rehber after the roar. He began walking down to the red carpet standing tall. Polati and Denktash followed with the Koruma.

The Rehber approached Saakashvili, removed his hat and shook the leader's hand. He then proceed by introducing his entourage and vise-versa.
"I must say, it warms my heart to see such a turn-out. One that I hadn't ever expected for a simple landing. You're people are quite supportive." He smiled again, and perched his hat back atop his head.

The Executor smiled at the Rebher. “You’re leader of a nation with similar values to our own. You know how to lead a nation correctly and from the looks of things, you’ve done it quite well. My guess is that you’ve received a hero’s welcome because to my people, you are nothing less than a hero.” The Executor then stepped aside as two Elite Guardsmen opened the limo’s doors. The party got into the limo and it drove to the Council Chambers.

The route was planned out exceptionally well. Tetri Tsqaro was the nation’s capital, its peril; it needed to be kept clean and in well order. The Council worked endlessly to do so, going as far as to make laws in the city that don’t apply to the nation. The Elite Guardsmen served as the police force, and they are a mighty fine police force. Because of this huge effort to keep the city clean, thousands upon thousands of people flooded into the city, because it was such a safe place to live. Today, the city’s population is around 4,675,214. Roughly, 1 in 12 Akhaltsikhis called Tetri Tsqaro their home. The Elite Guard is good, but not a miracle force. Ghettos began to form across the city; however, they have been beaten back to certain sections. The route the party was taking was one of the longest routes, but it was scenic. It bypassed all the ghettos and eyesores in the city.

The party arrived in the Council Chamber. The building was absolutely magnificent. It was completed in 1977 and had all the features of modern architecture. The party went into the actual Council Room, which had a mosaic as a back wall, when the sun’s light hit the mosaic, the Council Room was flooded with many different, magnificent colors. The Rebher took notice to a large circular table with eleven chairs around it. The directly across from the Mosaic wall was raised slightly higher from the rest, this seat was the seat of the Executor. In the center of the round table was another mosaic, the mosaic was shining by lights underneath the glass. The Mosaic was the seal of the Council.

The Executor told the party to take a seat; anywhere they wanted as the Executor situated himself into his chair. “This is an a first, Rehber Serhan Oscelik, your party is not only the first non-members of the Council to seat in these seats, but you are all the first foreign dignitaries to be in the Atrium. Please, if there is anything you need, you need only ask. Now, shall we get down to business?”

The Rehber sat back comfortably and handed his hat to Osman Polati and his aviators to Denktash on the other side. He felt at ease after scoping the room endlessly since entering. He peered around to admire the craftsmenship in every frame and decoration, but as well, as it was in his nature, to make sure he wasn't being wacthed. But after a few moments of friendly conversation as they sat down, the Rehber felt at ease and knew that he was safe.

"This is an amazing establishment and I am honoured to be the first foreign dignitary to set foot between these walls. To tell you the honest truth, I thought the southern continent was going to completely fall into the hands of the communists and the Muslims, but this nation here gives me hope for nationalism in the southern front. Kudos to you Mr. Saakashvili. But perhaps before we start, a nice glass of cold water - it's dreafully hot in these parts for me."

As his water was being poured by a few associates to the other side of the room, Osman Polati retrieved a file from his briefcase and handed it to the Rehber.

“Surviving communism and the Muslims is nothing short of a miracle. It amazes me to this day, the sacrifices people of the past have made. Muslims are our main concern, every day the sour relations between us and Hajr cause us such extreme problems. Which I suppose, is why you’re here. To discuss this long put off topic of an information-sharing and economic pact, believe me I am happy we could finally get to this,” Saakashvili said.

"Nothing short of a miracle indeed." The Rehber confirmed on the issue of Muslims. He took a sip from his water and refered to his file.

"I'm happy that we could finally get to this as well. But you must understand my concerns about dealing with outside nations. The fact of the matter is that Barazi, most of the time, relies on itself and we do not accept any sort of help from others. There are only certain states who share our same interests in which we associate with. I suppose what I'm saying is that I was scheptical about any sort of treaty with Akhaltsikhe because I simply wasn't sure if you were on the same page as I was. But I must say, your aim towards anti-communism and your illuminated thought on Islam has put my suspicions to rest. You are an ally I want on my side."

The Rehber opened his file and peered down to it for a few seconds - looking a few things over. "The Koruma Ajansi is basically the central intelligence beaury of our nation. If ever I need to know when someone steps out of bed in the morning, they can locate him. If any sort of pact were to be made in the information area of expertise, then you would mainly be dealing with them. They've proven to be effective for 19 years now, so I am not worried on the quality work these men do for Barazi. did you have anything else in mind as far as information-sharing?"

“It is very pleasing to hear those words from you. Allies are so very difficult to come by, it’s good to know that there are like minded nations out there. In respect to information sharing, I couldn’t be happier with what is being proposed, and it will go into effect immediately. I also suggest establishing permanent, secure lines, between the Koruma Ajansi and our National Security Agency, for constant communication. Also, I suppose a secure telephone line can be placed in both our offices, so we may talk to each other immediately should something worthy of such happen.

There is another matter I’d like to discuss. It will not be long before the Council of Nations begins to put more pressure on me, you, or the both of us to stop governing in the manner that we do. I fear economic sanctions. Should such things happen, it will be imperative that our nations become great trade allies, so we may sustain ourselves and be able to handle the Council of Nations’ pressure. If necessary, we can even petition to join the Council of Nations. Accepting us would be their best move; the organization is of world peace, not an ideological alliance. Should they choose to not accept us, then their mission statement is void and so are they, which will be our justification for ignoring them.

Also, we just recently passed a law to where companies can purchase prisoners for a predetermined amount of time to work on their behave; it would be beneficial to both of us if you would present this program to you companies as well.

And one last thing,” The Executor said, leaning back into his chair. “It is perhaps imperative that our militaries work together, covertly. A military alliance, overtly, would cause unrest in our neighbors and may provoke action, while a covert alliance is beneficial in all ways, our militaries cooperate and the neighbors are clueless. I will tell you that Akhaltsikhe’s military will always support Barazi, if you need us, you need only ask. If we stand alone, eventually, we will no longer have nations to lead.”

"On the subject of the Koruma, we will ensure safe and reliable information trade at any time in the headquarters back in Barazi. We will also install a secure line of communication in the Union Legislature where you can always contact me, and only me."

He changed subjects and headed towards the trade agreement possibility. "Obviosuly, both of our nations have a great deal to offer to the other one. And yes, because there are some parasedic regimes out there who would love nothing more than to see people like you and I wiped of the face of this earth, we will have to ensure a strict bond between our countries. The route from here to Volga Bay isn't very difficult, therefore, everything should be well taken care of. We will have to come up with a few security clauses however to make this agreement fair on both sides."

The Rehber took a breather and sipped his water. Com. Denktash leaned over and whispered something in the Rehber's ear. "Oh yes." He straightened out. "The military aspect of this summit was not one to be contested. Of course we will gladly accept any help from this nation as I am sure you would expect the same from us. And as for your plan on prisoners, which is only too brilliant by the way, I can assure you that Barazi has found a stable labour force for quite some time now and we find it to be very prosperous so far."

"I do have one quarrel however. I, along with thousands of Barazians, have no interest in joining the Council of Nations. The Council of Nations have been sitting on their hands when it came to the raping of Turkic lands. Barazi is the last one independent of foreign graps, and we intend on staying that way. You will have to forgive me, but I refuse to apply to the Council of Nations."

"There's no need for apologies, I assure you. The Council of Nations is merely an ideological alliance, designed solely to protect the interests of the stronger nations and using such power to repress political ideology they find not fit. I am quite glad you feel this way, I don't like to get myself associated with such filth

However, I do apologize to you, if you take it that I implied the productivity of your work force was not adequate. A fair agreement can of course be arranged. Is there anything else you wish to discuss?"

"Things seem to be completely in order. It's nice to see a like-minded leader in the world. We have very few of those left you know..." He Rehber drifts away for a moment and then regains thought.

"I suppose that finishes things off on a good note. I'd be happy to sign whatever it may be necessary to ensure strong diplomatic ties. I was told that foreign minister Polati and I could maybe take a short visit of Tetri Tsqaro. I know so little of the area, and it would be nice to take in a bit of culture while I am here."

The Executor smiled at the Rebher. “That’s brilliant; I know just the places I want to show you.” The Executor stood up, as did the rest of the party. “Come, come, I’ll have a car ready for us by the time we reach the bottom steps.”

The party was shown the greatest symbols of Tetri Tsqaro, which largely consisted of national monuments, military buildings, and other government buildings. At the end of the tour, the Executor told the Rebher that one day in the future, he would need to visit Abasha, the true cultural hub of the entire nation.
