The Arretine Empire, under its new and strong leadership wishes to extend a hand of friendship to our counterparts in the Empire of Sikandara. As a fellow Imperial government I believe it is imperative that our two great Empires further our bonds of brotherhood and help each other expand our influence in this world. The Arretine Empire wishes to begin a new era in our relationship, which had faltered under the ineffective squabbles of a broken empire. I wish to propose Arretine assistance in the war in Yujin, and a mustering of the Empire's finest two hundred and fifty thousand troops, which with your permission would begin assisting Sikandara in armed operations within the near future. We ares till attempting to rebuild our economy from the ineptitude of the old lords, and will be unable to provide financial assistance, but we believe the industrial movement to support our war effort with you will change all of this.
