I hope my letter finds you in excellent health, and a peaceful mind. I understand you carry some very excellent weapons into battle, myself and my staff are quite impressed. I am told your research and development department is quite superb. I also realize your parachute training could use some help.

I propose a trade, I will send some of my most skilled paratroopers and master parachutists to your training fields and help train your soldiers in proper parachuting. A tactic which would me most effective against your enemies in Miroslavl. In exchange we would like to co-develop a better parachutist-friendly general purpose assault rifle.

If you are interested, we would be more than willing to work with you on the details.

Having consulted with my advisers and potentially interested parties, such as the Jankowski Armaments Coalition, we have reached a consensus throughout the Mezhist Union that your proposal is favourable.

Jankowski and its corporate allies will be preparing their dev teams for your input, and Feldmarzalek Milosz of the 1st Army will make arrangements for your trainers. We will gladly discuss the details of the proposal, and look forward to hearing from you soon.
