The Chamber of Commerce

The Anbati Chamber of Commerce is a collaborative, voluntary assembly of Anbati business interests and entrepreneurs that has originally been founded to represent the joint interests of the Anbati business life in Anbati society. Internationally, the Chamber of Commerce works in concert with the Anbati government to facilitate foreign investment into Anbat and the operation of Anbati enterprises in foreign countries. In this function it closely liaises with the Cabinet and the Ministry of Economy and Enterprise.

Anbat is a growing economy with a present GDP per capita of 11000€, and a crucial role for the Chamber of Commerce is also to facilitate the operation of foreign businesses in our country and collaboration with domestic enterprises. Anbati legistlation is highly permissive towards the operation of foreign businesses, providing favorable laws in regards to employment and all manners of regular business-making. Member-companies of the Chamber of Commerce market themselves abroad, but the Chamber of Commerce provides consultative and supportive services and is involved in the establishment of joint trade delegations and similar measures.

Anbati Defense Industry

Though small, the defense sector of the Anbati economy is developing and component, and provides a number of services that are especially suited to the needs of nations having to operate in desert conditions or lack the military and financial resources of first-world powers. This is a consequence of the Anbati defense industry's history as a house supplier of the Anbati Republican Army.

Anbati weapons and military equipment are developed primarily to suit Anbati needs, and therefore are a viable option for other nations under similar conditions. In addition, this means that the Anbati defense industry operates in close cooperation with the Republican Army and its products are developed with feedback by professional officers.

All sales by Anbati defense companies undergo vetting by the Ministry of External Affairs. Existing contracts may be revoked in the event of arms restrictions by the Council of Nations.

MINISTRY OF DEFENSE ARSENAL
The Arsenal of the Ministry of Defense is a separate unit of the Ministry of Defense which operates as a non-profit company primarily manufacturing small arms, rocket weapons, tube artillery and ammunition to fill the needs of the Anbati Republican Army and other government customers. However, it also operates in arms exports.

LAKHM ENGINEERING MILITARY DIVISION
Lakhm Engineering is among the largest private Anbati-owned companies and manufactures heavy machinery, electrical equipment and motor vehicles for private and industrial customers. Its Military Division applies these competencies in the field of defense equipment by manufacturing and modernizing armored vehicles, communications and electronic warfare equipment, naval ships and aerial vehicles.

- Leopard 1 As-Saiqa - A modernization package for the Wieser-manufactured main battle tank, and available to existing users of the Leopard 1 tank. As-Saiqa modernizes the Leopard for 21st century warfare with a new fire control system allowing accurate night and mobile fire, add-on and explosive reactive armor and a host of other updates.

- - The Saqr APC provides survivability under combat conditions and mobility to modern mobile infantry. In addition, it can easily be modified to perform various specialist roles ranging from weapons carriage and command to medical evacuation and NBC reconnaissance. A rugged design suited for desert conditions.

- - The Sharad multi-role vehicle combines mobility, speed and protection into a package especially suited to reconnaissance and patrol roles. In addition, it can function as a weapons carrier utilizing a number of systems including anti-tank missiles.

- - The Saqr MPV is Lakhm's answer to the increasing problem of improvised explosive devices in today's theatres of war. Designed to provide maximum protection against IEDs and land mines, it is also highly suited for peacekeeping roles due to its less aggressive appearance in comparison to traditional armored vehicles. The Saqr MPV can be modified with a number of armament and interior options.

- - The Shakil armored vehicle fills a gap between light vehicles and traditional armored vehicles. It is primarily designed for anti-terrorist, internal security and rear area patrol roles.
