As authorized in the 2010 Republic Budget by His Excellency Mr. Dawud Zureiq, President of the Republic of Anbat, and the Anbati people, the Ministry of Defense will relay to the attention of those concerned the decision to initiate a bidding contest on the following acquisition programs of the Anbati Republican Army:

Dedicated Combat Helicopter

The purpose of the Dedicated Combat Helicopter program is to provide a rotary wing aircraft to the Republican Land Forces which will possess capabilities to carry out reconnaissance and to provide fire support to ground-based elements by destroying armored vehicles and fixed targets. This helicopter must be able to be survivable in desert conditions.

Replacement Fighter Bomber

The purpose of the Replacement Fighter Bomber program is to acquire a new type of fighter aircraft to replace the F4 fighter-bombers presently in use of the Anbati Republican Air Force. In the event of further acquisitions of fighter aircraft by the Republican Air Force to fulfil an equivalent role, the contractor selected for the Replacement Fighter Bomber Program of 2010 will be preferred.

Medium-range Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

The purpose of the Medium-range UAV program is to acquire a new type of unmanned aerial vehicle for the use of the Republican Air Force. The system selected for the fulfilment of this requirement must possess a minimum range of at least 600 kilometers and be capable of being equipped for optical, electro-optical, electronic and CBRN surveillance duties.

Contractors will be invited to display their products to officials of the Ministry of Defense, who will make a selection based on their evaluation at these demonstrative events.

Upon careful consideration and keeping in mind the good long-time standing commercial relations between Anbat and Wieser firms, itself included, [WIKI]VRL GmbH[/WIKI] would like to submit two offers, on behalf of its involved subsidiaries, concerning the Anbati request for their Dedicated Combat Helicopter and the Replacement Fighter Bomber programmes. Our offers are as following:

For your Dedicated Combat Helicopter procurement programme, Eurocopter offers the Eurocopter Tiger multi-role combat helicopter, company designation EC-665. The Tiger ARH variant is a dedicated armed reconnaissance helicopter (hence the acronym "ARH") we find that will suit your request. It comes at a per-unit cost of €40 million, with possible discounts depending on the size of your order.

For your Replacement Fighter Bomber programme, Eurofighter offers Anbat the advanced, fourth generation multirole fighter Eurofighter Typhoon, company designation EF-2000. The Typhoon Block 5 offers a multi-role platform with air-to-air and air-to-ground capabilities up to par or superior to most competitors' aircraft, and definitely anything Eurofighter's competitors have to offer. It comes at the per-unit cost of €63 million, with possible discounts for future purchases if an option clause is included.

If the purchase of second-hand Tigers (UH Tiger variant) Typhoons (same variant as offered) is up for consideration, unit costs will drop significantly by as much as 33% or more (depending on the size of the order) as aircraft can be provided generously at a relatively short notice from the stocks of the Imperial Air Force of Wiese. Second-hand aircraft will be checked by Eurocopter and Eurofighter technical teams prior to their deliveries, and are subject to the limited warranty (see below.)

For both our Tiger and Typhoon contract offers, routine maintenance by specialist Eurocopter and Eurofighter technical teams is offered for an additional cost per aircraft procured, which will include a limited warranty regarding problems the aircraft of the two offered types might face.

For your reference, we also present you with the Airbus Military A400M transport aircraft. The A400M recently entered service with various VRL customers, and covers the role of a long-range military transport. It is comparable to the older C-130J and C-160 military transport aircraft, and offers, among other things, a full glass cockpit.

Thus the Ministry of Defense will place an order with the CID concerning the acquisition of sixty (60) combat helicopters of that model accompanied by appropriate training to personnel of the Anbati Republican Army.

Replacement Fighter Bomber

On the program to acquire a Dedicated Combat Helicopter for the use of the Anbati Republican Army, it is our decision to select the Eurofighter Typhoon for the purposes of the program. Thus the Ministry of Defense will place an order with the VRL concerning the acquisition of fourty-eight (48) combat aircraft of that model accompanied by appropriate training to personnel of the Anbati Republican Army.

Medium-range Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

On the program to acquire a Medium-range Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for the use of the Anbati Republican Army, it is our decision to select the DAC.850 for the purposes of the program. Thus the Ministry of Defense will place an order with the CID concerning the acquisition of fourteen (14) aircraft of that model accompanied by appropriate training to personnel of the Anbati Republican Army.

We at Beaufort Aviataion thanks the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Anbat for selecting the Be.832C "Faucon" as its Army's attack helicopter. Beaufort will begin immediately to begin filling the order of sixty units to be delivered to Anbat. In the meantime, training personnel will be sent to Anbat to provide the appropriate training.


DeMorney Aviation Corporation

DeMorney thanks the Republic of Anbat for selecting our DAC.850 for the Republican Army and will send the appropriate instructors and equipment to Anbat so as to train Anbat personnel on the operation and maintainance. Deliveries of the DAC.850s UAV systems will begin by the end of the month.

For fighter bomber we submit several options.

The EF2 EuroBadger is Marquette's newest and foremost development. The EF2 EuroBadger is a cross-generation aircraft combining a 4th generation body with 5th generation technology such as internal weapons carriage and radar-absorbent material. It was in development from Marquette Electric Aerospace from the early 2000's borrowing it's body style from the Marquen F14 with influences from other European aircraft.

This aircraft is still in partial development. Pricing is slightly lower than other 5th generation aircraft.

Another option is the veteran but still capable F14 Tomcat. It is a supersonic, twin-engine, two-seat, variable geometry wing aircraft. Costs may be kept down because the aircraft is MRAF surplus.

Yet another option is the much experienced F47 EuroRaven. While it is perhaps dated, the F47 provides an economical choice for replacing your Phantoms.
