It is evident to both the Kadikistani State and its safe-guard, the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, that many of the problems faced by the people's of Ruthenia-Galicia have already been answered by the theory and teachings of Marxist-Leninovism. Indeed we have sworn off overly radical dogma's in exchange for a more accessible and modern Marxist ideology, but nevertheless we see that many of the issues faced not only by Ruthenia-Galicia find their origins in the existence of capitalism and the class-based society. Therefore the existence of Marxist-Leninovist parties around the world remains a necessity and indeed the only instrument to achieve the emancipation of the international working class. With that in mind we full-heartedly wish Pechno Paplacko a glorious victory in the upcoming elections. But we must always remember the bourgeois nature of elections in non-socialist states and remind all member parties of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties that the true struggle to win the hearts and the minds of the working class is either on the streets or in the factories.
Signed, Petar Kujundzic People's Commissar for External Affairs Democratic Socialist Republic of Kadikistan
