I must, first and foremost, once more and again express both the deepest sympathy of the Confederated Republic, and my own shocked horror with which all have greeted those revelations the sinister foreign conspiracy culminating in the assassination of His Excellency, Prime Minister Hansson. There can be no other interpretation of this act than as an attack on the Two Kingdoms, and Her Majesty's Government, fully justifying the peacekeeping actions undertaken against the villainous rogues of the miserably Misruled territory of Gouw Marken - itself but a jumped-up cats-paw of that most wretched and shambolic prison of nations, Kadikistan. Though it never does for us to make much commentary upon the distinctions of party politics abroad,

It is therein that I touch upon the matter that with no hesitation can I say, above any and all others before it, will prove to be the most delicate that I have ever been entrusted with by This, or any Prior Administration of Government of the Confederated Republic. Colonel Jasper Anderson, in his commission by the Army of the Confederated Republic and as Defense Attache Officer to this Embassy, has advised me to inform you that Army Chief of Staff, General Hilbert Macon Swinson wishes to express the official support of the Confederated Republic for those punitive actions undertaken under the leadership of Prime Minister Knudsen, with compliments to Her Majesty's Field Marshal for the precision with which operations already completed have been carried out. It is the belief of Gen. Swinson that there is much that many elements of the Army's command structure, unto enlisted personnel, might learn from secondment within those military forces of the Two Kingdoms currently engaged with the rogue territory of Gouw Marken. Should this prove favorable, and there prove to be yet more willingness on the part of Her Majesty's Field Marshal to receive and utilize a more substantial contingent representing the finest the Army of the Confederated Republic has to offer, I am to assure you that it will be rendered so, with immediate effect and all due haste to achieve.

Her Majesty’s Government holds your own in the sincerest of regards for your expression of condolences. This Government has found the a-political commentary of which the conditions that your words been given, reinforce the sincerity and heartfelt thoughts the Cussian people give to us.

As any conflict, the pondering of deployment is a delicate dance for all parties involved. Her Majesty’s Field Marshal has executed thus far a near flawless beginning scenario in tandem with the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy, in which Gouw Marken is cut off from all of air, land, and sea. Thus leaves the starvation of a prison-state to collapse like a house of cards upon itself. The execution will not be effective without proper involvement from the Royal Army and thus a future campaign must be executed to which the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy have displayed such fine form.

The Knudsen Government, and the Office of the Prime Minister has received your offer with intrigue. Your generous Confederated Republic is not the first Nation-State to ask of us the need for assistance. Your Confederation offers something else unique to our situation that other offers did not. I wish to iterate that I mean no disrespect in this introduction of the setting. I do wish to assume your ignorance to the matter; however, it must be made abundantly clear that as you are likely aware, a Jysk-Austwegian military attaché has been at work in both the First Republic and the Confederated Republic to examine the battle readiness of the Conqueror 2 Main Battle Tank. Her Majesty’s Government is current in debate over international tenders for the replacement of the current Twin Kingdom’s Main Battle Tank, and as such the Conqueror 2 would appear to be a highly qualified specimen.

It cannot be said to be anything near the whimsical desires of Her Majesty’s Government to accept Cussian military aid formally. Instead, Her Majesty’s Government wishes to offer an embedded role to the Confederated Republic to work until the guidance and military strategy of Her Majesty’s Field Marshal Hans Hansen Bergen. In such a scenario Her Majesty’s Government would wish to see the military effectiveness of the Conqueror 2 on a first hand account. This unique opportunity would require the Cussian men in service to work under the Jysk-Austwegian flag to avoid military confusion and international disharmony.

Should Colonel Andersen and yourself find this most acceptable to forward to your countrymen that find themselves with the competences to arrive at such decisions, Her Majesty’s Government would be pleased to have your forces join her Royal Army in a demonstration of the forces of Transthaumantic liberty.

Foreign Minister Folkesson,

The Office for the Administration of Government of the Confederated Republic has completed a review of the diplomatic correspondence received by and transmitted through the Office of the Confederated Republic's ambassador to Her Majesty's Governent, Seigneur Hyde, finding it satisfactory in all regards.

His Excellency, First Citizen Orton has advised Secretary Albrecht and General Swinson that it is with the utmost confidence and optimism that he received this correspondence, and consents to the suggestion that a force primarily composed of and focused upon the battlefield deployment and support operations for the Conqueror II (mk's 3 & 4) MBT/HAFV be dispatched to the Two Kingdoms, embedded alongside and serving with the Royal Army under the command of Her Majesty’s Field Marshal Hans Hansen Bergen.

It is, of course, the opinion of the Army of the Confederated Republic that the Thaumantic Aerospace & Electric-designed and built Conqueror 2 is among the most capable heavy armored fighting vehicle platforms currently fielded by any armed force in the world today. General Swinson likewise wishes to express all confidence in the ability of any fighting force primarily or largely composed of units from this platform to meet and exceed expected results in the field.

Per recommendation of my direct superior, I am to inform you that is has been my pleasure to serve as crew commander of an individual Conqueror 2, as well as overall commander of units organized at the company and battalion level composed entirely and primarily (respectively) of the Conqueror 2 platform. Furthermore, I have been involved with a number of programs completed in relation to the development of the, as yet, most advanced and effective model - the Conqueror 2 mark 4. I am to make myself available to Field Marshal Bergen for considered discussion and to share those pertinent insights I have in these matters throughout the course of this extraordinary exercise in cooperation and responsible governance, at his discretion.

A preliminary order of battle will be forwarded to Field Marshal Bergen's office for his consideration and consent within the next hours.

With the greatest ancticipation, I await the coming opportunities to demonstrate the technical expertise of the Thaumantic Military Industrial Complex, as well as the commitment of the Confederated Republic to the cause of True Civilization.
