No, Twente, I will not give Tiburtina to any nation, I will restart this, and restart my RP (Well I have not started to RP, because the first step would be the Pope).

Tiburtina, as you indicated, you are losing interest in the rp of Tiburtina. I suggest separating your country from the Holy See, as a city state or something alike, in order for you to be free to rp whatever you like, in whatever state and ideology you want to shape your country. By doing so the next elected Pope will have more relgious freedom and especially space to develop and express his secular world view, he no long has to keep in mind that he is the head of state of Tiburtina.
If a scenario like this is acceptable to all Catholics, I hope and suggest it is done in a creative way, not a copy of the Lateran Treaty.
