The capital, specifically, is the grey dot in between the blue and green (Avelion and Yaman respectively) blobs. Name is Axiflos.

For semi-vision-impared folks, bolded names are Confederate nation names, italicized names are names of their capitals and, for Avelion and Yaman, secondary major cities. These two latter, Lothar and Carthak, are NOT necessary for map inclusion, though it'd be very cool if they were included along with the rest of the cities and capital.

P.S. It's Szekszard, not Szekazard, just to avert possible NAMING DISASTER.

Here is my proposal to solve the Taley-IPC issues. You get a nice little bulge in the coast line, maybe add a peninsula or something and you increase the amount of coastline enough that we can all fit in. You can move the northern continent a little bit further north to allow for there to still be some serious space between the two, and this is not taking into account increasing the size of the map (I would suggest adding about 50-ish pixels to both the top and bottom of the map).
