The Army Council has received authorization to send military forces of the Gunnish Army into Crotobaltislavonia to deal with the humanitarian crisis in that country, which we expect to impact the region significantly. Please keep this information in the strictest confidence.
Our forces will operate in an area triangulated by the Gunnish border, Lake Elbe, and Banja Luka. The Kingdom of Gunnland will remain neutral in the conflict. We will not challenge the Burgundian advance towards Trivodnia, nor will we offer military aid or aid of any kind to the Fyodorov regime. It will be our policy to disarm and demilitarize the Crotobaltislavonian forces in our operational theater, peacefully if possible. We request that Burgundian forces not enter this operational theater. Despite our strictly neutral humanitarian intentions, I expect our pacification of the region will expedite the Burgundian advance to aid Amstov.
We ask that the Burgundian army cede our units operational latitude by approaching Banja Luka from the southwest. Our ambassador in Chagny and his military attaché have been briefed on this issue, should you require further consultation.
