By command of his Lordship, the Admiral-of-Leidschendam, Admiraal Johannes Georgius Bruchius van der Zaan, presented the following ORDER of the CROWN IN COUNCIL for consolidating the assets of the Crowned Navy of Lisse as determined by the laws recently made by the States-General of Lisse for improving the condition of the Crowned Navy in recognition of current requirements for the maintenance of security of the Crowned Provinces of Lisse and its holdings abroad.

The Master Controller of the Navy and the Master Controller of Naval Supplies have been empowered by the laws passed by the States-General of Lisse, and by regulations issued by the College of Admirals at Leidschendam, to execute where necessary the sale and the procurement for the current maintenance and future expansion of the Crowned Navy of Lisse.

Kingdom of Lisse

Eitlan Naval Yards, the primary government naval construction institution in Asylan, is willing and ready to fulfill any orders placed by the Kingdom of Lisse.

The Eitlan Naval Yards are capable of producing any class of ship expected at a streamlined and efficient price. The Eitlan Naval Yards prides itself on providing the best naval vessels on the high seas, being the primary provider of ships to the Asylan Navy. The only restriction on the use of these vessels is that they may not be used in aggressive warfare against Asylan and her allies. Otherwise any contract can be fulfilled.

We look forward to future business with the Kingdom, and also hope to strengthen relations between our respective nations pending any agreement.

The College of Admirals at Leidschendam extends its appreciation, and will endeavour to consider the operations of the Eitlan Naval Yards should the Crowned Provinces of Lisse be in the position to expand upon her navy.

By command of his Lordship, the Admiral-of-Leidschendam, Admiraal Johannes Georgius Bruchius van der Zaan, presented the following ORDER of the ADMIRALS IN COUNCIL for authorisation of the Master Controller of Navy to actuate the disposal of the following vessels decommissioned from the Crowned Navy of Lisse.

National Governments and Private Enterprises are mutually encouraged to make interest upon the decommissioned assets of the Crowned Navy of Lisse, whether for their procurement for a continued service of their primary function, or for their disposal in a scheme of scrappage.
