Welcome to Island Cruise Lines

Discover a new age of sail, where the traditions of the past are combined with the modern comforts and amenities of the present.

Island Clippers, Tall Ships.

Perfect for cruising in casual elegance. Our itineraries range from the sun-kissed Implariam Ocean, the Green Sea, the Long Sea and Eastern Ocean.

On board you will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, friendly crew, and international cuisine, all in pampered comfort. If you're a boating enthusiast, you can choose to lend a hand hoisting the sails, you can climb the mast, or you can just lay back and let the crew do all the work.

Now come aboard Island Clipper, Implarium Flyer or our new flagship the Royal Clipper, the largest fully rigged sailing ship in the world today. As thousands of feet of sail unfurl above you, you'll feel the elation of those mariners of long ago. This is Island Cruises and the adventure has just begun!

Royal Clipper

Inspired by the legendary Tall Ships of the past, the new Royal Clipper has the proud distinction of being the largest and only five-masted sailing ship built since the beginning of the last century. With her complement of 42 sails, Royal Clipper is a splendid sight to behold. You might think she was an apparition from the grand age of sail, but Royal Clipper is as new as tomorrow. She boasts state-of-the-art navigation systems and all the comforts of today.

For connoisseurs of sail cruising, the 439 foot Royal Clipper offers the ultimate sea-going experience, balancing the grandeur, adventure and tradition of sailing with the superb service, amenities and accommodations of the finest modern yachts. Royal Clipper carries just 227 guests in luxurious style.

A full 18,940 square feet of open deck and three swimming pools create a wonderfully spacious and expansive outdoor environment. Find your secret hideaway on one of the hidden balconies on either side of the bow.

Climb the mast (with safety harness provided) to one of the passenger look-out ‘crow’s-nests’, thoughtfully furnished with comfortable settee, where you’ll have the grandest view of all! Royal Clipper’s interior spaces are just as dazzling. They include a 3-deck atrium that funnels sunlight into the elegantly-appointed dining room, where you'll enjoy deliciously prepared cuisine and a no-tie dress code.

A convenient marina platform lowers from the stern for watersports and diving. The ultimate unique Royal Clipper experience, the one-of-a-kind Captain Nemo Lounge, is the site of our spa and health club, which features underwater glass portholes!

Island Clipper & Implarium Flyer

The stars of the sea...

Island Clipper and her sister ship Implarium Flyer are as fleet as the wind and as graceful as swans. These are true clipper ships, reflecting their proud heritage in every inch of polished brass and gleaming brightwork.

Step aboard these unique vessels and discover a new age of sail, where the traditions of the past are happily married to the comforts and amenities of the present. Island Clipper and Implarium Flyer are modern cruise ships in every way, created for comfort-loving passengers who also love the traditions and romance of the legendary era of sailing ships.

Island Clipper and Implarium Flyer are both 360 feet long and each carries just 170 guests in pampered comfort. Life aboard is blissfully relaxed, much like travelling on a private yacht. You’ll never feel confined, as each ship offers pleasingly spacious accommodation and expansive teak decks with ample space for relaxing and play. In fact, you’ll find that these ships offer more outdoor space per passenger than most conventional cruise ships.

The décor of Island Clipper and Implarium Flyer is reminiscent of the grand age of sail. Antique prints and paintings of famous sailing ships please the eye, while teak and gleaming mahogany rails are richly reminiscent of Island Cruises' proud nautical heritage.

Enjoy our convivial indoor-outdoor Tropical Bar and Piano Bar, and Edwardian style library where a Belle Époque fireplace glows with a warmth that reflects the friendliness and enthusiasm of Island Cruises’ hospitable officers and crew.

Sea Cloud

Ahoy all you sailors out there!

See to your flying jibs and royals and skysails and spankers and mizzens and all the rest. Better yet, let the 60-man (and -woman) crew of the legendary Sea Cloud do it for you on a once-in-a-lifetime weeklong cruise in the Implarium. And she is a legendary ship with a fascinating history.

What is it like on board this empress of the seas? Well, it's amazingly relaxed and friendly. You are surrounded by true "class" in every sense, most particularly in the kind of service provided, and yet you sense that any passenger showing unwelcome signs of snobbery will be invited politely but firmly to walk the plank. Dress is generally informal, though you are requested to "dress up" (cocktail dresses for the ladies and coat and tie for the gents) for the Captain's Gala Dinner. Nevertheless, you will find it difficult to hold back a feeling of superiority when Sea Cloud glides majestically, pennants flying from the yardarms, into a Implarium port and docks near one of those humongous floating hotels with thousands of passengers and multiple meal sittings.

Flying Cloud

Limited to only 94 guests, the spacious, elegant Flying Cloud is only rivaled magnificence by the Royal Clipper. A three-masted barque, she is 384 feet long with over 30,000 square feet of sails all set by hand. Even with an itinerary of exciting and exotic destinations, the Sea Cloud II is probably the most important destination of all. An impeccably trained crew attends to your every desire, anticipating needs you didn't even know you had! The modern galley is staffed with expertise to meet the standards of virtually any restaurant in the world. Simply put, Flying Cloud is a hedonist's dream.

On behalf of the Makai Archipelagos, we would very much like to encourage Island Cruise Lines to make port calls at Port. St Joy, Kahuna and Oahu. We promise all passengers, should they choose to disembark, will be offered affordable daytrip packages allowing them to sample the sights, sounds, smells and fun of the Makai Islands, without worrying about having to pay for expensive Hotel space. We would also like to encourage the Company to set up in the Makai Islands, as we believe they would find a willing market in the ultra-rich who make frequent visits here and might wish to make use of pleasure yachts or cruise ships for private functions.

Due to the nature of Island Cruises, Cunard would like to establish a Makai port as a home port for one or more of our clippers and would like suggestions on which port would be considered the best to be established as such.

We thank you for your interest, and more than happy to provide prime Shoreline real estate for development for your purposes as a Home Port. We have designated Port St.Joy as the best area for your headquarters, as it is already a very busy port and has a large labour pool to be drawn upon for your purposes.

Given its history as a Port, it might also prove an attractive destination for Cruise passengers, though we would have to insist on strictly guided tours, to prevent unfortunate incidents within unsafe inner-city areas.

The Misnistry invited Cunard Island Cruise Lines to establish port-o-call at Butuan City and Maynilad.
