On facilitating visa free travel for tourism and business

The Commonwealth would like to propose to the United Republic to consider simplifying travel arrangements for tourism and business between our two States and to lift relevant visa requirements for a period of 30 days per stay, for an aggregate allowance of 90 days stay per every period of 180 calendar days. Such a visa free regime would not allow the Commonwealth and United Republic citizens any right of abode or work within our mutual territories and would serve for travel purposes only. This should lead to increased travel exchanges and international business relations.

To: Governmentof the Remurian Commonwealth
SUBJECT: On facilitating visa free travel for tourism and business

The United Republic of Natal receives these communiques from the Commonwealth of of Remurian and Retalian Nations with great joy as we have always striven for the improvement of worldwide connectivity so as to ensure the welfare of the people. While currently there have been certain concerns with the stability of Gallo-Germania and our fear that the tourist visas have been overused by people who wanted to take refuge but preferred to go around the eligibility criteria for it, we do understand that Remuria is a member of the Meridian Union, a family of nations which is known for its neutral stance in the cold peace between Tarusa and the democratic nations.

Thus, we do agree on the Remurian proposal and for it to go through it will be sent into the Congress to be voted upon. We hope that this is the beginning of a fruitious relationship between our nations.

Signed and sealed,
Cyrus Black
Secretary of State

Subject: On the Establishment of a Westernesse-Occidentian Common Market

His Excellency, El Presidente José David Costantino, extends warm greetings and salutations to Secretary of State Cyrus Black of the Confederation of @Natal and El Presidente's good friend President Brad Ross, who we note has taken admirable steps towards expanding upon El Presidente's dream of uniting the Free New World by promoting the paper
published by the Natalian Ministry of Finance. The arguments and conclusions reached by this paper have been reviewed by our own Department of Commerce, and we find ourselves in full agreement that our sister republics must work towards a pan-continental economic bloc with the elimination of tariffs, trade restrictions, and travel restrictions, so that our peoples may all share in the peace and prosperity.

We are curious, however, as to whether or not The Federation has reached out to the Natalian Foreign Ministry with similar sentiments, for we are currently unsure of their stance towards cooperation with us given our commitment to the Wien Conference on the establishment of a successor supranational organization to the European Forum. If they are willing to put aside their grievances and work towards peace and prosperity for all in the Occidental Hemisphere, we would be willing to do the same with them, but their sentiments regarding the Wien Conference have equally troubled and disappointed us. For the time being we are currently more enthusiastic with establishing such economic relations with Natal as proposed by the white paper, with the hopes that this could expand into something more in regards to international diplomatic and military unity, and perhaps also result in the invitation of other states such as the Acadian Republic and the Gran-Occidentian state to this accord.

Our Department of Commerce shall reach out directly to the Natalian Ministry of Finance to hash out details and a step-by-step plan to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of this proposal.

Respectfully, on behalf of El Presidente,
Secretary Giuseppe Emanuele
Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Occidental Republic of Josepania

To: Governments of @Josepania , Acadia, New Sharmbeck and @The Federation
SUBJECT: Pan-Continental Summit

Esteemed Colleagues,

The United Republic of Natal hereby invites the governments and representatives of the Occidental Republic of Josepania, the Acadian Republic, the Free State of New Sharmbeck and the Federation of Westernesse to the city of Colter for a Pan-Continental Summit with the goal of bringing together the nations of the Western Hemisphere and enhance cooperation, to provide a healthy environment for economical development for the continent.

This invitation comes after we have analysed the results in the very first short term since the signing of the Westernesesse Common Market Agreement between Josepania and Natal and have observed that the lack of tariffs, free trade within the continent and an ease of travelling has offered a boost to the economies of both the United and the Occidental Republics, as trade between the two nations is projected to rise by 40% for this year, and set to double by 2026, should the current agreement be kept. We believe that this is an example of cooperation that must be shared so that a continent like ours can truly reach its maximum potential and we can future proof the high quality of life of our citizens.

Signed and sealed,
Cyrus Black

Dear Secretary Black,

We fully agree with you that the nations of the Western Hemisphere should cooperate, at least at the economic level. Thank you for the invitation to come to Colter and discuss this matter. We happily accept this invitation.

Signed and stamped,

Sebald Enzenauer, Minister of Foreign Affairs
