I, The Emperor of the Arretines wish to extent my highest gratitude to the Eternal One for receiving this communique. The situation west of your borders grows critical, and some of the enemies of our Empires grow more bold in their attempts to secure their power within the region. I believe it is both the interest of the Arretine Empire and the Eternal Empire to come together in this trying time to strengthen both our respective states and ward off the potential enemies of the future. I am willing to travel directly into the borders of the Eternal Empire to discuss this topic at length and to secure the future relations of our people.
