I have led a region for a school purpose for a couple of months and then it fell out of order (due to lack of interest) and collapsed.
I used to lead a puppet region, Pawntucky, which had 5 nations, all of which were Walfonian Puppet colonies. I held the position of commissioner after a nation resigned last year (temporarily), and last year I held the position of Delegate of Europe for a single day.
