An Extension of The Queen-Empress' Statement in Council.

TO THE PRESIDENT, PARLIAMENTARIANS, AND COMMONERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF JURZAN
I am instructed to EXPRESS on behalf of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty;

Previous to this month of October an arrangement was established between her Majesty’s Imperial Cabinet and the Government of the Republic of Jurzan respecting the importation of Jurzani oil by Great Engellex with the exportation of agricultural technology and security agreements to Jurzan.
Upon the passing of a price-fixation agreement between the Republic of Jurzan, the communist state of Media, and the Mezhist Union, when the value of oil exported by all three producers would be together determined and established, it was deemed equitable that the Empire of Great Engellex, being altogether excluded from such arrangement by existing agreement and the etiquette of Engello-Jurzani relations, should have our established agreements secured by a statement verifying that the Jurzani Government will not attempt to impose the dramatic increase in the price of its oil upon Great Engellex.
