To whom it may concern:

The Kingdom of Neustria is disappointed at the decision of the Empire of @Angliarique to withdraw its ambassador from our country in response to our criticism of Angliarique's militarisation of international waters around Frescania. Neustria does not intend to withdraw its ambassador from Angliarique for now; instead, we remain committed to our policy of neutrality, and invite all parties to peaceful dialogue to resolve their differences. We offer Vascognie, our closest major city to Frescania, as a neutral location for all interested parties to negotiate. Our Ambassador also remains at the disposal of the Angliarique Government, should they decide to pursue the diplomatic route instead.

Lord Henry seems to fail to understand that, although the Crown Armada's ships are Angliariquean assets, the placement of these ships are not an internal matter when they are placed outside the international waters of Angliarique. Lord Henry also seems to fail to understand sending out dozens of warships is generally understood as a threat, even if these dozens of warships' only purpose is to escort a diplomat to her new position. Simply because such an enormous escort for one single person is so ridiculous that everybody will suspect hostile intentions.

To whom it may concern:​

On the matter of the Frescania Controversy, the Angliarique Permanent Government defends its innocence and declares itself as the first nation in this situation not to react by imprudent disrespect. Therefore, we welcome the offer by the Kingdom of @Neustria, for dialogue to de-escalate the situation, to be held in the City of Vascognie. The FAC will dispatch a junior diplomatic delegation headed by a special envoy, H.E. Wright Valery, to meet with representatives of the other relevant nations, should they decide to humbly accept the principle of mutual respect.

The FAC urges @The Federation of Westernesse, the Lizard Republic of @Tianlong and the Kingdom of @Rheinbund to send their representatives to Vascognie, so that multilateral dialogue may be held for the maintenance of common understanding. The FAC also seek for the Thaumantic Communal Order to observe the development in Vascognie.

APG Response to Natalian MEA's 'Communication 355'

​

To the Ministry of External Affairs, Union of Natal:

We are deeply concerned by the contents of ‘Communication 355’ from the MEA of the Natalian Union.
The Angliarique Permanent Government reiterates, that the acceptance of mutual respect is needed for peaceful co-existence, and beneficial common understanding.

We condemn the baseless accusations of Spascirian genocide and rights violations against His Majesty Emperor Angliareich. We view that Cyrus Black’s public accusation is an unfortunate, and regrettable action. The Empire of Angliarique does not tolerate imprudent acts of disinformation, and provocative temptations to the violation of mutual respect.

Consequently, the Angliarique Empire’s diplomatic staff and ambassador shall vacate its embassy in the Union of Natal, in proper protest against the Natalian Government’s blatant disrespect for Angliarique’s sovereignty, culture and traditional attitudes. We give 6 hours for the Natalian Head of Mission and relevant staff in Angliarique, to vacate the embassy’s premises, and 18 hours for them to leave the country.

We urge the Natalian Government to perform deep soul-searching, so that they do not repeat their mistakes. We also demand a public apology from the Natalian Government for creating dangerous polemics, which threaten to harm the peaceful interests of the Angliarique people.

Over the past few weeks, we have witnessed increasingly reckless and provocative conduct by the Government in Sanctum of Laurels. We call on the Government of Angliarique to refrain from breaching the sovereignty of independent nation-states and to act within the confines of international law.

The Angliarique efforts to disregard the norms of international law - namely by challenging the sovereignty of Frescania and sending its special forces in a unilateral incursion into sovereign Jysken territory - already were profoundly concerning; however, now have been made far worse by the recent breakdown in negotiations at the Propontis Summit.

We further remind the Government in Sanctum of Laurels that the Royal Armed Forces is ready to defend the territorial sovereignty and maritime interests of the Kingdom of Serenierre from any encroachment or hindrance.

Formal Declaration of War Against the Republic of Tianlong​

At 10’oclock this morning, I, the chancellor received an urgent electronic communication from Admiral Misorich of the Angliarique museumfleet, deployed to the Island nation of Frescania, to serve as a diplomatic escort fleet, for Exterior Governor Lady Pembroke. The message realised a most devastating horror that I have been contemplating and fearing these past days. It came a shock to the Angliarique Permanent Government, that the Tianese naval forces had exacted a surprise assault, without a formal declaration of war, against our peaceful navy. I cannot tell you how much this pains me! Those ships of our culture and history, now lost to the bombs of terrorism from some foreign warlords, oceans away.

Under the umbrella of a so-called defensive pact, namely the Central European Treaty Organisation. The Republic of Tianlong and its government were allowed to perpetrate such wholly unjustified terror against the Angliarique people and its peaceful navy. Under this umbrella, the Tianese forces acted without concern for peaceful human lives; the lives of fathers and mothers, who shall never again see their children, due to this gruesome war crime. Under this umbrella, the Tianese bullies allow themselves to be free from consequence and embarrassment. Under this umbrella, the Tianese people lead their lives foolishly ignorant of the scar and trauma that their actions have caused. Hiding under the manhole cover of the Central European Treaty Organisation, the Tianese Republic will continue to wage war unprovoked, cause an unjustifiable multitude of deaths, and above all, violate the independence of peaceful nations.

The Angliarique Permanent Government is absolutely convinced, that the aggressive actions perpetrated by the Tianese forces against the Angliarique escort fleet at Frescania, are tantamount to provocations of war. Therefore, the Angliarique Permanent Government believing that there is now an imminent existential threat against the Angliarique Empire, formally declares war (by imperial decree) against the Republic of @Tianlong, in the interest of protecting Angliarique citizens, and securing the empire's sovereignty.

APG's Stance on War with Tianlong​

It is with deep poignancy, and after careful consideration, that His Grace’s Angliarique Permanent Government (APG) will not be able to ‘sue for peace’ after, the brutal and unjust attack by the Lizard Republic of Tianlong against the peaceful diplomatic escort fleet of the Angliarique Empire. There is no route to peace, except through absolute revenge. The Angliarique people are united by their beliefs and assumptions about the Lizard Republic. My people do not seek war, but complete retribution for innocent lives lost. For the safety and continuity of the APG, listening to, and performing, the voice of the Angliarique people, is of paramount importance. Thus, the APG cannot pretend to be deaf to the roaring masses, who seek this retribution. In essence, it is nearly impossible for the Angliarique people to seek compromise over this issue.

Even as the Tianese have begun to withdraw their forces from the region, we still stand fully in support of the Anglian nation and people, and their stance for being redeemed and righted after the wrongdoing of the Republic of Tianlong. Our support will be unwavering until the end, and will only strengthen our bonds. In a desire to withdraw much of our security team and rescue forces, and replace them with an Anglian team, we are willing to facilitate using helicopters from the Sergey, the transport of a hundred Anglians to the island of Frescania to oversea salvage operations of the museum ships and provide a joint security effort of the area and any assistance as requested by those whom we have contacted to attempt and refloat the sunken carriers. We will utilize this trip to as well return lady Pembroke home, so she may carry on with her life and give her version of events directly to your Emperor.

The Empire is prepared to fully invite the Anglian nation to be covered under the umbrella of the Pressburg Pact, the joint economic and military pact between the Empire and its closest allies. By joining this pact the Anglian nation and people will be given the utmost protection and resources it needs from this point forward. While the nation is still healing and recovering we are not quite at our strongest, we are prepared to provide some select arms immediately of great capability to your military to either defend from future aggression while calling upon the pact to act, or however your government feels fit from the time of delivery.

And, Emperor Angliareich expresses acceptance, and wishes to solidify this monumental mark in Angliarique’s relations with the Tarusan Empire, in a meeting with His Majesty Emperor Konstantin, in Kremlyov, as soon as one's imperial friend in Tarusa sees fit. One believes that the entry of Angliarique into ‘Pressburg’ would greatly benefit the socio-economic recovery of the Tarusan Empire. One is also profoundly grateful for Tarusa’s generous supply of some much needed arms, that would enable critical enhancements to the inventory of the Angliarique Interior Army.

Furthermore, One is grateful for Tarusa’s support in these troubling times, and prays for the safe withdrawal of the Tarusan rescue personnel. The rescue of Lady Pembroke will be unforgettable.
