The Federation has not and will not recognize the Patriotic Council as the legitimate successor to the Csgenian state and we believe that your support and the support of other nations of this council is a critical error at this point in the civil war between the Tsars. We recognize that the recognition of this patriotic council is important to the Communal Order or at least you have made it appear to be important to your current policies, but we write to you today to ask that your government reconsider recognition of this council for now.

We believe or have been led to believe that recognition is, in part, driving forces that were loyal to Konstantin over to the Ivanist camp, we intend to follow up with this claim, however at this time we cannot bank on this claim being untrue. Balance must be maintained if we are to prepare ourselves for the eventual dismantling of Tarusan state. As much as it pains me to say it, the higher the body count on both sides the better and if we could tip the scales against Ivan, even better.

Once again we ask you to rescind recognition of this Patriotic Council, doing so does nothing good for our alliance in the short term and in the long term it may end up causing us more grief than it is worth.

Our Catholic brothers from the Csengian Patriotic Council possess a righteous claim to restore home rule nationhood of Csengia apart from the the Tarusan interloper who consorts with his jezebel. We will without question remain in close contact with these Catholic patriots who seek to extirpate Tarusan influence out of their homeland, however, Almskeeper Pherson, President Yeovil, and assemblies from this Order have reflected and ruminated on the reasoning laid out by the Federation.

So follows our Communal Strategic Vision:

• The Federation must be marked in solemn oath not to invest permanent stations of manpower or battle machines anywhere among the Engelsea Island nations. Special license in this period of conflict to taxi, rest over, and create temporary logistical trails to facilitate our allied response to the Tarusan Civil War will be reasonably afforded.

These animals, the Revolutionary Hounds in particular, are so often the target of kidnappings and poisonings from dissidents and criminals; so much so that as the word circulates these communes about Barley many are compelled to join the search on land and at sea.

At this time all reports of Barley on land have been false-positives by our research of Barley's pictures and biography, however, we will forward photographs of these suspected candidates with due haste and continue to keep your country abreast of our search. We are happy to state that the return of constitutional normality in Ebria has been a great success, finally with the silent majority rising up against the rabid radicalism and anarchy of what was nothing more than an attempted coup through political artifices. Even so, the Crown, as a bastion of constitutionalism, monarchism and faith has returned to Gallia, albeit weakened by the Institutional Crisis it went through. We will continue to work and ensure that the state is as strong as ever to ensure the protection of the interests of its people.

As a fellow catholic nation, Ebria is turning towards the Thaumantican Order, for we find ourselves in extremely similar situations. As Thaumantica is a communalist state and Ebria is a monarchy, we feel that there are strong reasons to be concerned by certain lines in the recent DDI press release, which makes us feel that a doctrine of ideological quarantine has been created by them in Westernesse, Toyou and Scania. This normally might fly under our radar, for Gallia, Occidentia, Germania and Western Himyar are more in our sphere of influence, but it cannot but make us wonder if it is a precedent for other types of ideological imperialism. Even so, one single press release does not mean a complete chance in paradigm exists, and we hope to be deeply wrong with this, for we already feel that the Valls Pact, supposedly a glue to keep together CETO and DDI against Tarusa, is just being broken by the centrifugal forces of both alliances. In this world, we cannot still forget whom has been the target of most of our concerns, namely the Tarusan Empire, and their expansionist policy.

In this more and more dangerous world, which we feel it teethers closer and closer to global war, we see that Thaumantica, as Ebria, share a lot of similarities, especially as being members of the Valls Pact, but not members of neither CETO nor DDI, even if Ebria is more CETO aligned as two of its allies in the Meridian Union are members of the military alliance too.

Keeping in mind the cultural, religious and now geopolitical similarities between us, we hope that the Thaumantican Order is open to further up cooperation for security with the Crown of Ebria so that the two nations can speak in one voice within the Valls Pact, so that we are not smothered by neither alliance.

When others have withered or faltered from a millennia spanning path we knew that fair brothers would survive in Ebria regardless of the atheistic revolt attempted under democratic guise. There is a war on for the heart, mind, and soul of Catholic Europe and today we find ourselves mounted on the fortress walls of our respective nations defending from total collapse where once our forebears piloted corsairs across the oceans and rode beasts of war directed at the heart of the Holy Land!

We welcome further communication with the Kingdom of Ebria within the confines of Valls Pact: it is our full intent to honor participating signatories by responding in defense of attacks from the Tarusan Empire. Beyond this we remain cross with the Federation and their Initiative for pressing down upon the Catholic resistance to Kostantinist Csengia. Still, the greater good is served by a world not at war and the Thaumantic Order will see its mark served as signed by President Yeovil of the Engwahl Commune.

These new DDI and CETO cartels placed upon the EF security council have prided themselves upon independents, and this deeply vexes the Thaumantic Order. We will not join in permanent alliance with those who do not place Christian values and Christ himself as the soon to return presiding King of all nations under God. By these sound reasons and morals it has been a well founded desire among the Halls & Houses of the Communes to vote for separation from the European Forum and circumstantial arrangements with Valls Pact signatories once the threats of piracy and Tarusan Civil War are through.

If, however, a new arrangement with an Ebria certain of its roots of corporeal and spiritual values can be reached then perhaps a flicker of hope remains for these international bodies. We further implore you to make contact with the Neustrians with whom some bad blood exists between Order and Kingdom, with hope that a binding elixir can be made from Ebrians as a third party.

We have received your communique with joy and we will put the Thaumantic Commons in our prayers. The Crown of Ebria and the Kingdom of Neustria are old friends, sharing a common Catholic faith, although their Lacianist approach to it is contrary to our own Ultrabahíanism, but even so, the continued existence of the Treaty of Sahagún, a medieval treaty that albeit hasn't been called upon since the Wars of Ebrian Succession or the Neustrian Wars of Religion, has shown that Neustria and Ebria have a historical common approach that can be used by us to improve the relationship of the Thaumantic Order with the Kingdom.

The importance of keeping the peace has been adamant to Ebrian governments, from the governments of the last century to today, even during the failed republican phases of the nation, something that we have shared with our colleagues accross the sea. We will stand by the Valls Pact in defense of our colleagues and should it come to an offense, we have always stated that it must be legitimated by the European Forum through its two bodies, the newly created security council and, more importantly, the bigger family of member nations.

We want to ensure the Commons that the Crown, as the sole non-DDI and non-CETO member of the Security Council will do its best that first and foremost, peace is given a chance and secondly, that nations independent of the two alliance have a chance to see their voices heard, for far too much the smaller nations of the world have been smothered by empires. We did condemn Ivanist Tarusa, we did make it known of their expansion plans and the fact that they have armed themselves to the teeth and probably because of our less warlike and more peaceful nature, we have called our allies to show patience, to ensure that any action is thoroughly prepared, thoroughly organised and that the chances for what we call the "Apocalyptic Scenario", which is a Tarusan United Front with the Gothic Sea Pact and Pact of Steel activated, will turn themselves against the Valls Pact.

*Today, we have observed that in the fight against Gutnish Piracy, the navy of the Federation went as far as to attack with missiles the facilities of the Republic of Gutarike. We fear that this has pushed us towards that scenario as we fear the activation of the Gothic Sea Pact is imminent. This is also totally against all of our recommendations in regards to the preparation for any action and against the legality of actions brought forth by the European Forum, for why was the Security Council created, if not to legitimise and legalise such actions, that now have been hastily put into effect and rushed like this. For we fear, that this will make us the aggressors and not the other way around.*

The Crown will like to keep a line open between Valls and Caitekurke and ensure that our nations cooperate and follow the same trajectory in international affairs in the following weeks as we are going through this crisis. We feel it is important, for as we said, neither of us is a member of the DDI, nor of CETO, but solely of Valls. At the moment, we will responde to the recent events only when the fog clears and we understand what is happening and if the Valls Pact treaty is to be activated or not.

The Crown of Ebria is bidding the kingdom an important greeting as political legitimacy has returned to the southern shores of the lake and from Ávila to San Lawrenz and from Sahagún to Valls, the people fly again the white banner of the Crown.

As part of this communique, we wish to ensure that the good relationship the Crown used to have with the Kingdom are here to stay for the time being and that the good thoughts that brought upon the signing of the Treaty of Sahagún many centuries ago, are still there, on both sides of the Lake, in both peripheries of Gallia.

While optimistic and happy, our message has a more serious note too, as we want to ensure that the Neustrian Kingdom understands the problems that will soon face Gallo-Germania if not the whole world. This is not a call for Lisburg to join Valls in any of its political agreements, as we understand and respect the Neustrian neutrality in regards to the issue of Tarusa and every issue and crisis that stems from it. But rather, we message you with hopes of offering mediation and understanding for the promotion of good relations not only between Ebria and Neustria, but rather, in using the good renown Ebria might have in Neustria, to mediate between Lisbourg and Caitekurke.

We know that historically the two nations have been rivals, but in the recent turn of events, especially as the world is becoming more and more tense and violent, while the voice of the old Gallo-Germania, a voice of political moderation, ancient institutions and a respect for the past and patrimony so it can aid the future, is being less and less heard. It is our firm belief, especially after the Thaumantican Order has shown itself to be a close friend of Ebria as it went through its Institutional Crisis, that the Kingdom of Neustria leaves behind the old bad blood and negotiate a rapprochement with the Order, so it can help Gallo-Germania speak in one single voice, in a more and more noisy and boisterous world.​

This expansion is, at least partly, owed to the rivalry that has historically characterised our relations; indeed, who can think of a more traditional enmity than that between the blue-coated Neustrian and the red-coated Thaumantican? Nevertheless, if one where to observe our history closely, one would realise that we are joined by ancient bonds not just of enmity but also of brotherhood: for was it not the same indigenous Gallic peoples who lived in our lands prior to Tiburan conquest, and who still form the basis of our nations? Is it not the same Holy Mother Church whose One True Faith forms the spiritual backbone of our Nations? Were many of ours wars not mere rivalries between different branches of the same dynasty? Were our nobilities not essentially joined for the longest time? These questions are all rhetorical, of course, for the answers are obvious.

Pursuant to the attached, the Hon. Foreign Minister of the now-restored Crown of @Ebria , a historic friend to both our countries despite occasional warfare and disputes, has offered to mediate so that we might meet and create the basis of a long-lasting friendship. After consulting with His Majesty King Philippe, the Prime Minister, Mr. Duval, has instructed me to indicate to you the openness of our Government to such a conference. It is in the interest of maintaining what peace there is left in the world that we have come to ask for the Communal Orders assistance in Frescania. Our former foes that we find ourselves interestingly enough on the same side of this issue will be of the greatest aid in resolving the economic, and humanitarian issues that have been caused by the Republic of Tianlong. The troops we have deployed to Frescania that carried out the rescue mission of lady Pembroke and securing the site of the disasterous attack on the Anglians have carried out several dives to investigate the scenes since this has all happened.

The Republic of Tianlong did not just stop itself at bombarding the museum fleet with shells, it had gone so far as carrying out demolition and scuttling of the antiquated carriers in the harbor. This malicious intent by the foreign power thousands of miles from Gallo-Germania shows that we must be a united front, we must act accordingly, and refuse them the ability to further act on our continent. Emperor Konstantin requests that the Communal Order joins in sanctions and calls for the Republic of Tianlong to vacate all military power from this region, repatriate those whom it has taken prisoner, and pay for the damages it has caused. We also request from the Communal Order a salvage team to be dispatched to Frescania to aid in carrying out the refloating of the carriers so they may be moved, hopefully, back to Anglia, but at minimal out of the harbor to a safer location to sink if at worst.

As we have advised our friends in Anglia: a conflict with Tianlong and its vast economic empire is not advised or possible for nations and communes of our Thaumantic Order. Were it kin and kind of our communes with blood in the water surely we would feel different: but we have guarded against direct conflict with the Tianese, and understand that a tilt with CETO and the liberal world order necessarily leads to the starvation of our people at home and further bloodshed of our troopers abroad.

We will continue to publicly stand by our condemnation of Tianlong's brazen attack and remain neutral or unspoken toward Tarusa's Frescanian operation. Our unique way of life and values estrange us from both the merchant empires of Tianlong or Radilo as well as the militarized empires of Tarusa or the Federation; between these systems we must walk ever carefully to protect the sanctity of our communal confines.

The Tianese Navy has already vacated the region, by all accounts, and dares those scorned to follow them unto doom. To you, servants of the Emperor, we advise the the same as we will King Angliarique: that each of their names must be marked and committed to ledger. The man who ordered the attack, the admirals, the captains, and the seamen. Collect their names and study their movements, possessions, and all which they hold dear.

Next consult with those who study the Tianese and understand that this was not personal for them and they did so without emotion. With a guarded face they will endure our condemnations, our sanctions, and whatever actions we take away from Tianlong and Toyou. "Some months ago this Communal Order marked a guarantee for the warmth and foodstuff of our southern neighbors from the Anglian Reich. First the Federation came offering them tokens, then retracted it wisely once that the Anglian Regime went astray. Next came the Tarusan Empire, after one Tsar had killed another, and somehow this bunch beneath us were inspired to be kindred.

If kinkilling such as Konstantin did to Ivan is right for Anglia: let us part ways. If being occupied by faraway empires is comforting for Anglia, let us be estranged. If prolonging war with our friends in Tianlong is the desire of this Anglian Kingdom then we: now after weeks of attempting to end that war, we, will fall silent. We remark finally on this one sided support of the Anglians: that we have petitioned publicly and in the shadows to return Anglian prisoners of war home.

At this time, LMT 20:24, we are announcing our retraction of mark to protect the Anglian nation. We will not be our brother's keeper while they deny us publicly and worse privately. Aerial patrols of the Anglian Reich will cease this evening, and our naval protection of ports to that kingdom beneath too will terminate.

"Our prayers are with the newborn prince to the Empire in the East that he is not cursed with a jealous younger brother.

But yes we have taken a look at that [Tarusan Flight Data] . . and these data seem to show that sending bomb carrying aircraft silently and secretively toward Thaumantic cities is a training directive for this entity called 'The Admiralty', a Junta by all other world press standards. On that same day a similar sortie flew over Lexkirk armed, right over this building here, and without our allies in the Federation and the Hanseatic I am unsure if this Almshall would be standing or if we would be gathering amongst the rubble on this rainy day to mourn and ask why? Why does the Tarusan fly so far from home and meddle here in these friendly confines?

Come two months from now another Engwahlian Almskeeper will replace me after a Democratic Revival and quite so the Communal Order will fit in a new Commissar to lead it. They will face a determined enemy in this world war that has claimed the lives of Anglians, Austwegians, Csengians, Federal Westermen, Frescanians, Gutnish, Hanseatics, Metsaamans, Tarusans, Thaumanticans, Tianese and mariners, soldiers, and civilians from countless other countries. It should be our marked solemn oath and prayer filled hope that our peace efforts yield amity in our time.

Our Order has met with those Tarusans for a second time in Ostmark alongside others with the intent of reaching a world peace, and from it a second European Forum in Frescania may be established. The advice I will leave to the next Almskeeper in Engwahl is to not be fooled as easily as I was by these Tarusans from the first Ostmarkische conference, and to hold them to account for the underpinnings of this second conference and European Forum. Erring on the side of diplomacy with this Admiralty can buy time but almost certainly always sells new opportunities for the raiding of commerce and sacking of cities. Can the ports of any world city trust Anglian or Tarusan borne vessels today? Few, sadly, have a choice. The fear of pirates and civilian concealed man-o-war missile ships cowers alliances and great world powers into obscurity.

This conflict is far from over and one of the questions I often pose to my spiritual advisors is: how do I girdle thyself, how do I arm and armor my children when prayer alone do not abate these raids? One of the recurring themes or values I receive is to embrace and share gratitude. Be grateful to wake up once more and share almsmeals with thy folk, to be as grateful for the helmed soldier on the frontline as the broomsfolk brushing clean this hall.
