Some days ago, full-proof intelligence was passed to the Imperial Secretariat of War, indicating that the nuclear weapons supposedly removed by the Commandry of Kyiv and Novgorod were yet still within the borders of Freiheit, and more so, were being moved to silos capable of delivery over long distances- perhaps even into Sarmatia. This is a threat to the already fragile state of global affairs that His Imperial Majesty, Jozef III will not tolerate.

By this point in our operations within your nation, we feel that we have more than displayed the Empire's ability, and willingness to lay waste to nearly any portion of your nation, at will, and likewise wish to assure that we will continue to reign destruction upon you until the government of your rogue-state surrenders unconditionally, and agrees to allow Imperial Peace-Keepers within your borders, indefinitely, to assure that the remainder of your nuclear arsenal has been dealt with adequately, and that in the future, responsible governance shall be the order of the day in Freiheit.

Nuclear Radiation is running wild in the West Side of Freiheit, and we have had to evacuate all of the citizens. Freiheit to go to War!

Supreme Chancellor Jonathon Faust has just declared war on the state of Greater Sarmatia.

"After yet another wave of missile attack on our nation, we have no choice but to stand up for ourselves. This last wave of attacks however, used all sorts of biological weapons, including nerve gas. We will not allow this nation's citizens to be terrorized by an outside force like this."

Simone Faust is putting a notion foward to the Council of Nations asking for assistance in this war.

The Republic of Tyskreich has issued a travel warning to the Germanic Free State (Freiheit).

Ballhausplatz issues this document to the Free State to immediately allow for the self-determination of the Otchi people. Hertha finds the current suggestion of the Germanic Free State for the Otchi people to earn their own independence via the defense of an oppressive regime as none other than absolutely, unacceptable. The lack of dignity given to the Otchi people is what led to the current war-time status for the Free State and the latest announcement is only further motivation to show that the current regime in Freiheit has yet to learn from its mistakes.

As a result, the Republic of Tyskreich will issue a trade ban upon all Germanic Free State goods. Additionally, Ballhausplatz stresses that it will not leave this issue until a free Otchi state is achieved. Further failures will result in further as of yet defined consequences.

That said, the Republic of Tyskreich pledges to not abandon the cause of democracy in Freiheit. We urge the Germanic peoples of the Germanic Free State to reconsider their current Government and hope for a better placed democratic state in the future. We feel our Germanic cousins are better served to return to their rightful faith, and that only via the values taught by Christ that the Germanic Free State can return to prosperity. As such, we should not abandon our cousins and should it be deemed necessary, and requested by the Freiheit Government, Tyskreich will also offer humanitarian aid to the war torn state that is to be administered, monitored and dispersed by Tysk nationals.

Freiheit Navy on Move

Freiheitian Naval forces have been mobilizing throughout the country's waters, and already a whole fleet is on its way across the Implarian Ocean. Not only that, but the navy has been busy creating a 'buffer zone' in the Implarian Ocean.

"It will take a lot of ships to get to our shores that is for sure." said Minister of Defence Hofheim earlier today.

Freiheitian Infantry Forces have been preparing around the clock, and even a full regiment of Otchi Warriors is being trained in the Grau Mountains. However the infamous Cheif Algru will not be able to participate in any figthing, due to injuries recieved during the civil war.

"We are thankful that the Freiheitian government has allowed us to fight for what will soon be our land. The Supreme Chancellor and I have been speaking a great deal about which land is to be Otchi land, and it is certainly a good deal we are getting." said Algru in a Press Conference yesterday.

The Empire has a keen interest in keeping the Eastern Ocean a naval body free of the limiting schemes of power politics and as it considers it its natural zone of national interest, will ensure that this position will be enforced.

If the naval activities of any neutral party is actively or unduly hindered by either side during the course of this conflict we will respond in force to maintain the right of nations to exercise commerce and trade on the high seas.

A glance on a map will reveal that several territorial assets of the Oikawan nation are beyond the International Date Line, which is why crossing the line would in fact already almost certainly be an intrusion into the direct sphere of interest of the Empire.

This government wishes to stress that while it indeed does not own the Eastern Ocean - a claim that this government also never made - and defends the freedom of free commerce in mentioned naval body, the Eastern Ocean is of direct interest to the national security of the Empire and thus is considered a natural extension of the primary sphere of Imperial interest and has been so for generations, with this position clearly having manifested itself for all the world to see with the outcome of the Great War at the latest.
