My name is Charles Elwood, founder of Trans-Occidental. Firstly I must thank you for Considering Trans-Occidental in the interest of negotiating a travel deal between our two companies. When creating this airline luxury was my main focus alongside safety. You're correspondence comes at an opportune time as our airline is in the ever crucial moment of expansion; as I write this Hawkins Aviation is putting the finishing touches on four brand new Hawkins 314 Flying Boat's. For the past several years we here at Trans-Occidental have become quite familiar with our passengers and the main point of questioning we receive is when we will be adding up and coming tourist destinations, places that offer something the wealthy cannot acquire in Sylvania, geographical reasons or otherwise.

To further along the potential for an arrangement between us I offer our facilities in Charleroi to house our negotiations. In fact, I would very much like to give the investors of your group as well as yourself the opportunity to fly Trans-Occidental on your trip to Charleroi. I will appropriate the Implarian Clipper that currently flies to the Danish Implarian to fly to Vesper and rendezvous with your delegation. If this is an arrangement you would like to proceed with we can have our aircraft in Vesper within any week of your choosing. If not, my company's representatives would be more than willing to make the journey to Vesper instead.

My apologies for sending this telegram in a delayed manner, the outbreak of war between Danmark, Miroslavl and the Mezhist Union has become a slight problem in the operations of Trans-Occidental, couple that with the sudden closure of the embassies between Sylvania and Danmark and we have found our hands to be quite full. However, do not see this as an attempt to distance ourselves from your proposition. In fact it would now seem a Charleroi - Vesper route connection is now needed more than ever as we find ticket sales to Danish holdings sharply dropping, the specter of war has caused Sylvanians to fear it spreading further down into the Long Sea.

With all of that in mind, the Implarian Clipper is now freer than usual and as such we can schedule a pickup with stopping points in Myodo and the North Carolina Islands, pending approval from the government in Vesper, can be made to fly your investment group to Charleroi to discuss a permanent and or seasonal route between our two cities. Please telegram a departure date so that we can plan a flight and have you here at your convenience.
