In the ENGELLEXIAN REPUBLIC PARLEMENT ASSEMBLED the FOREIGN AFFAIRS JOINT COMMITTEE,
The Foreign Affairs Joint Committee has been persuaded to urgently make the following letter to the Government of Ruthenia-Galicia.
In bringing forward this subject, it should not be necessary to refer to the interest which the excellent governance and economic considerations in Ruthenia-Galicia had created in the mind of the Engellexian Republic, or to the gratification with which public opinion regarded the vibrancy and neutrality of the culture and civilisation in your country.
It is the universal wish of all members of the Engellexian Republic Parlement, that all our proceedings in Ruthenia-Galicia should be characterised by prudence and wisdom, and that no impression should be left upon those indigenous to be employed upon agreed establishment, or upon the extraordinary people amongst whom the High Commission in Southern Germania is most desired to be placed, which might be unfavourable to the character of the Engell people.
In order to assist the Government of Ruthenia-Galicia to form a just estimate of the impression upon our relations which the Engellexian Republic Parlement intends to convey, consider carefully :-
The closure of the previously established diplomatic mission, an embassy in L'viv, which was felt to be so inefficient and uninspired in the evolution of our political relations and economic partnerships, has been permanently withdrawn.
The High Commission of the Engellexian Republic in Tjačovo.
The establishment of a commission in Tjačovo would restore matters of diplomatic relations not to a previous equality, but to an elevation; the returning senior diplomatic officer, a Lord Commissioner, to be permitted to oversee, direct, and enforce the interest of the Engellexian Republic Parlement in respect to the relations with Ruthenia-Galicia, Eiffelland, Retalia, Carinthia-Harkany, Trivodnia, Bergenheim, and Crotobaltislavonia.
The interest of the Engellexian Republic Parlement as represented in the High Commission will strongly pertain to economic considerations, as well as political. A great stimulation and encouragement to those of Ruthenia-Galicia who assume a serious and patriotic interest, privately and publicly, to the prosperity of the nation, as it shall be promoted by the branches of trade of the High Commission in Tjačovo.
Upwards and above 10km2 of land to be acquired in Tjačovo for the establishment of a diplomatic estate (Southern Germanic Docks; Engellex House (diplomatic administration); Lord Commissioner Court (official residence); warehouse and factory properties) permitting the most potent facilitation of trade between our two nations and continued good understanding and respect in our deliberations.
The property of the former embassy in L'viv shall be transformed in its occupation to that of an official residence of the Lord Commissioner, for considered matters of our bilateral relations when it should be required for a presence within your respective capital city.
