The thirteen Free, Sovereign, and Most Serene Diadochi cities and states, united in perpetuity, would now petition the so-called "Himyar Partnership for Peace" for observer status within said organization -- wherein the city of Ephalaea and its federal delegates would be responsible for the representation of all the thirteen Diadochi cities and states.
