New server - new feature!

As a sort of compensation for the lost wiki entries and posts I hereby present you the Europe image hosting solution!

It´s easy: click on the "VB Image Host" entry at the top and then proceed, the rest is self-explaining. The advantages are obvious: images will load faster than they would if you hosted them on photobucket, imageshack or similar services.

Well, I hope you enjoy this feature and make good use of it. :)

Xen for President!

Will this feature work in the same manner the old wiki did as for putting pictures on the wiki? So that way I don't have to make sure all my pictures are 320px wide or something?... and can thumbnail again?

I am not entirely sure what you mean? Images are not automatically resized as I expect a lot of different images to be uploaded to the hosting service. You can however view your images as thumbs on the "my images" page, if that is what you want.

When told us to rehost our images on this thingy, were you talking about every image we've ever posted, or just our banners/sigs?

I´d recommend that you host your signatures there and your newsbanners or whatever. Also if you use images in rp you can upload them there - and thus ensure that they stay online and are available faster than on photobucket/imageshack or whatever.
