The Arretine Empire believes it has a business arrangement that would be beneficial to both of our peoples. It has come to our attention that before its collapse, the Danish government was conducting surveys of a mining zone that held ilmenite deposits. We also understand at this time the Wendowie government, or separate private interests has left this completely undeveloped. The Empire wishes to negotiate a deal for the renting of a portion of these lands. What we will give in return, we hope will please Wendziema. We are prepared to assist in the development of other mining sites located around the deposits we wish to begin mining. On top of this, we understand international concern regarding so called Arretine aggression. With this in mind, we wish assuage the Wendowie people and their future concerns by offering the signing of a non-aggression pact betwee our two nations, ensuring continued peace between our two sides. Following consultations with the Overseer of Labor and the others in the Assembly of Overseers of the Revolution, I am authorized to accept the offer of the Arretine Empire to begin negotiations between the Wendowie Overseer of Labor and the Arretine Minister of Commerce in order to determine the details of what lands in the ilmenite mining zone to rent out and for how long, and what assistance can be provided by Arretine mining interests to assist in the further development of other Wendowie mines.

I am also authorized by the Chief Overseer to travel to Arretium, should it please the Arretine Empire, to negotiate and sign a non-aggression pact between our two peoples, in order to ensure the further establishment and continuation of peace, prosperity and partnership. If the Arretine Minister of Diplomacy would rather travel to Zairsk in order to achieve the same goals, that is acceptable to the Rzeczpospolita Wendziema. We await your reply with eager anticipation.
