SECRET COMMUNIQUE TO THE MINISTERO DEGLI AFFARI ESTERI
His Excellency, Presidente José Constanza, applauds the Repubblica di @Remion for its intolerance of Tarusan aggression and Vrijpoorter imperialism within the lands of the former Pannonian state as the crisis continues to rage and consume all in its path, despite the best efforts of peace-loving nations such as ourselves. It may come as no surprise that, along with recognition of both the Bourdignie Confederation and Eugenian Republic, Josefino services and supplies were discreetly offered to these newly independent states, though only the former accepted our aid and with most satisfactory results.
We understand that the Eugenians wish to deal primarily with their brethren and neighbors in the Remi Republic, and we respect this sentiment. However, given recent reports of Tarusan aggression against the Eugenians and the looming threat of Rus intervention in the conflict, the Gran República Archipelágica de San José wishes to renew and reinforce its commitment to assisting the Eugenians in their ongoing struggle for sovereignty and freedom, and Presidente Constanza now feels the best way would be through the Remis.
As such, we humbly offer our services; in the form of supplies of rum, marijuana, and coffee, as well as volunteers who can advise and assist Remi efforts to bring these supplies to the Eugenians or whichever recipients they so choose discreetly and efficiently. San Jose recognizes and respects Remi superiority in regards to its air force and technology, as well as their righteous implementation of a No-Fly-Zone over the Zara Regions, and we ultimately wish to coordinate our efforts with the Remi Republic to bring peace, prosperity, progress, and patriotism to the freedom fighters in Eugenia.
We eagerly await your response.
Respectfully,
Minister Gabriel Morales
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Archipelagic Republic of San Jose
