New Factionalism System

As part of my continued revamping efforts, I've introduced the first part of the Factionalism system. You can now set various political parties/factions/groups, both legal and illegal ones, their ideological alignment and the objective % of the total population of your country that supports them. They will then show up under your avatar under the Factionalism subheading.

Yes, I'm very much aware of the unfortunate acronym... if you can think of a better way to fit "Nouvelles Post-Délégationnistes" onto that line, be my guest.

PS Xen if you don't want the name for the Post-Delegationists in Mergogne to be "New Fags", then pls increase the character limit for those fields.
