The said treaty has ripped off the veil of ideological hate that has characterized the relationship between our nations since the Leninovist and the National-Syndicalist takeovers. We hope that the trade that has been passing in the last 60 years between Rurikgrad and Dun Eidyn is actively turning away any kinds of populists that wish to return us to the path of war. In this category of people we will put both Raoul Farrago and General Radek.
We hope that the Kadikistani Union wishes to keep up the cordial relations with the High Kingdom of Caledonia as we also do. There is nothing to win from a war started between the continent and Scania and from a return to the old hate of 1957. Let us see the past as it is, in the past, while working to provide for a better future. The old Caledonian interventionism has ended. The days of the Iron Wall to Keep Communism out have ended and we hope that Kadikistan feels the same regarding Caledonia.
As for Crotobaltislavonia, we feel there is nothing to win from supporting either Radek or Farrago and we will feel that as long as their local politicians are unable to provide for their people, especially seeing the ways this whole series of dictatorships have transformed the country into nothing more than a caricature of a Germanian nation, there are outside forces that must have a strong word in it's administration. Caledonia will not condemn this takeover coming from Kadikistani aligned factions, as it won't if it is coming from Trivodnian aligned factions.
In conclusion, we just hope that if Kadikistan will manage to succeed in it's operations, it will provide the people of Crotobaltoslavonia with the stability and liberty it's people need.
Signed
The Right Honorable
