Common issue, folks being perplexed with what I am getting at. So here is a condensed, non-RP version:
TFAM = Task Force Abruzicstan Mission, a civilian run program to network southern Abruzzi grassroots leaders. Local Religious, Military, Police, Business, and Racial figures in Abruzicstan are brought together by Zivotinje, who observes for safety.
3rd Zaktrupa = An Airborne Expeditionary Brigade who intend to provide security for TFAM Workers, locate high-profile rebel targets, and represent the Blue Union most directly on the ground level.
Herald for the Union = Equivalent to Secretary of State in US, his objective is to keep Chieti supporting Zivotinje's endeavors in the south. He is an advisory diplomat, and can be considered a subject matter expert concerning Eastern European diplomacy.
The Bigger Picture = Communists, Fascists, and lurking Monarchies outnumber democracies in Europe. . .Zivotinje refuses to let another potential democracy perish in its earliest stages. The country can no longer meet allies, so it is attempting to create one out of Abruzicstan.
