As per through our channels in the foreign affairs ministry, Prime Minister Gaetano Merlino would like to invite Chancellor Alen Karin to the Grand Duchy to discuss an advancement in political and economic ties between Potenza and the Principality of Altai. The discussions would include an increase in investment for our nation's home businesses, as well as improved cultural understanding. The visit would be covered and paid for by the Potenzan government.

The Grand Duchy would like to discuss a trade deal which would include the exchange of talents with raw resources. We would be willing to provide teachers and assistants for the organization of manufacturing industry within Media, in exchange for a discount on oil purchases from Media for Potenzan businesses. The Potenzan teaching personnel would focus mainly on organization, construction, and development within industry. They would continue to serve as advisers even after Median industry had been established, simply to make certain everything would go as planned.
