Robert Fuller: Good Evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to tonight’s edition of Face the Republic. I’m Robert Fuller and tonight I have a special guest who has graciously allowed us to interview him after many years of silence. Our guest is Sander K. Rygaard III, grandson of former President Sander K. Rygaard I. Born in 1963 our Mr. Rygaard is the CEO of Rygaard Heavy Industries a major manufacturer of construction and forestry equipment. Mr. Rygaard welcome to Face the Republic.
Sander K. Rygaard III: Thank you, Robert, it’s a pleasure to be on your show.
RF: You and your family are very secretive and tend to stay out of the public sphere.
SR: Yes, this was the personal philosophy of my father. Ever since my grandfather was assassinated back in 1954 we shied away from the public to avoid the turmoil that his passing brought about. His death has had a great affect on how we live our lives, but I personally felt it was time to come out into the light and finally honor one of these interview requests.
RF: Unfortunately it was inevitable that your grandfather’s death would be mentioned, you have kept many of his things and you were instrumental in blocking the construction of a Presidential Library of his personal documents. Why not allow the people to have a better look into his Presidency from a more personal side?
SR: It wasn’t my intention to keep the people in the dark about my grandfather, but my father wanted to maintain the integrity of his personal writings. We are still privately investigating who was behind his death, clearly we know the purpose was to destabilize Sylvania and it seems they were moderately successful. I continue to block any attempts to make these documents public for this very reason, the government had their time with the documents during the official investigation and we can see that they were not at all serious about finding the culprit but rather in deciding who would become the dominant political party. Luckily the courts have remained in agreement with my family about who truly owns these documents.
RF: You believe the assassins were successful in damaging the country?
SR: Of course, we can see that his death was the moment where our slide from grace began. Along with the disastrous leadership of the Democratic Socialists that took congressional power in the late 60’s and the Presidency in ‘68. If my grandfather’s legacy had been maintained we would not be in the situation we are in now. Many of the hardworking men and women who kept the traditional values my grandfather championed have been in what seems like a permanent state of demoralization. Voting among the working class has never been lower and the campaign of fear that the Democratic Socialists have engaged in with bands of paid agitators, well, suffice it to say that our political process has been hijacked for quite some time now.
RF: You are flirting with conspiracy sir, none of what you say has been proven. It is very damning, you are claiming that a major political party has been conspiring to keep people away from the polls.
SR: When I am ready to present the evidence for such, I will. The media has been too lax in their investigative journalism. There will be big changes coming in the next few months.
RF: I see, do you not believe this generation and the previous have been right in their abandonment of the traditional ways? I assume you do not subscribe to the more progressive tendencies championed by the youth of our nation.
SR: No of course not, my wife and I have seven children, all who are successful in their own right. Already I have 5 grandchildren with more on the way. Such big families are a thing of the past. I raised my children to value family, to form meaningful relationships, to be faithful to God and love their country. I am not the only one though, there are still those who live the way a Sylvanian ought to. I believe that they will be the future.
There is no future in the way people live today, rampant drug use and homosexuality in every aspect of life. The progressive left says they value love and the lives of all and yet promote abortion on an almost industrial scale. They promote weakness and laziness, two years ago the amount of people on welfare programs surpassed the amount of fully employed people in this country. Our military, when not promoting homosexual relationships or holding seminars on preventing rape, cannot find enough able bodied people to train into fighting soldiers. I have not even mentioned the rate of violent crime or the obesity epidemic. Like I said we have fallen far.
RF: Let’s take a moment for a word from our sponsors. END PART 1.
