The Thaumantic Communal Order:​

Honored comrades of @The Federation & @Hanseatic Republics,

In lieu of your righteous exit from the Valls Pact, a movement we too soon will follow, we are confronted with the necessity of formalizing our continued cooperation as a coalition in the ongoing conflicts the Valls Pact sought to remedy. This Communal Order is content to maintain and renew our agreements, our marks, and our mission to stamp out marauders in the Gothic and Nievish Sea shoulder to shoulder with your glorious nation-states. We do not seek to alter significant aspects of the original pact's agreement; we have already doubled-down on our efforts in Gutarike, we will share and support arms, alms, and information with our allies throughout this endeavor - and we will continue to listen and offer aid to the Hanseatic Republics should the Tarusan menace rise again. Finally, we would agree to maintain leadership of our coalition with powers in Charleroi.

We will renew this Coalition of Necessity with your powers on a quarterly basis.

The Thaumantic Communal Order:​

This Coalition of Necessity weathered the full might of the Tarusan Empire and survived one of its brood, deceased Tsar Ivan, only to witness his brother Konstantin's clawing rise. Next came Tianlong from the Far East with new threats to bring our world to war. Together through mere trust gained by honored marks in Valls and distrust of those who sullied their signatures we, perhaps, have weathered the Tianese incursion as well for the time being. Tarusa and Tianlong will rise again with lessons learned about how they fell or slipped in their pursuit of dominance. We must erstwhile deepen our bonds to deny our common enemies a chance at exploiting fractures and gaps between the Federation and our Communal Order.

We are willing to offer the following concessions and demand cooperative grace in return:

Cantignia should end her Copper Denial of the Federation if said Federation retracts its Computer Chip Denial. Cantignia, further, grants plans to a permanent air and naval base there should West Sylvania give the same.

Engwahl and Nieveland will grant Federation military egress through pads and ports in the event of emergency reaction protocols with the expressed agreement that, if activated, our intelligence service the Neighbors will be permitted Fedside to pursue absconders of our Order who do not serve their communes.

The Federation will drop it's embargo of semiconductors to the Communal order, in exchange the Commune will supply uranium and copper to the Federation. As part of the strengthening the alliance between our nations, the Federation grants use and stationing of ships and troops in military ports in the west country with the grant of military bases in Cantignia. We agree to the deal in regards to military egress in Engwahl and Nieveland in return for allowing capture of "absconders" by your intelligence services with the caveat that they must work along side Federation national law enforcement when doing so.
