Prime Minister Tusca Larci,
Prime Minister's press office, room full of national and non-national journalists.
Prime Minister Tusca Larci,
"Beloved people of Lars and citizens of other nations, I have decided to communicate directly the sad facts of which my government has come to know. Yesterday, the whole senate, including the opposition, voted unanimously to introduce sanctions against the Republic of Serreniere and the territories militarily controlled by them following the seven-day war.
This decision was made following the delivery of the documents concerning the official investigation by the Regional Security and Cooperation Observatory. At the end of this press release, the documents will all be sent to all the countries that request it."
The prime minister began to read the documents he had on the lectern.
"Following thousands of testimonies from citizens and soldiers involved in the conflict, images and videos collected during the days of war by military and civil sources, medical reports, site inspections (where it was possible), OCSR is certain that there have been numerous conduct morally questionable by the Serenniere army.
-The SRN Republic, during the entire war period, did not take necessary measures to avoid involving civilian targets in the conflict, avoiding unnecessary suffering for the population. The use of "high performance" weapons such as;
-There are numerous testimonies of how every form of resistance, even unarmed, by the civil population, was repressed with force even lethal by the soldiers of SRN. There are also reports by this commission of rumors about the possible existence of common graves containing Occitan bodies. Further investigations are required in the territory of W. Occitania.
-Many missile, artillery and bomb targets were culturally relevant buildings without military functions such destruction of Occitan patrimony with the bombardment of the city of Viasinde and Marsilia.
Consequently, without any doubt, this international commission of the Regional Security and Cooperation Observatory, can affirm that the Republic of Serenniere, during its military operations, considered the civil population of the Kingdom of Occitania on a par with a military target, causing millions of victims and countless numbers of displaced persons.
-The presence of child soldiers within the military staff of the Kingdom of Occitania is to be circumscribed within the city of Viasinde. The city, after days of bombardment by artillery and Napalm by the SRN forces, saw child soldiers appear on their battlefields. here is no precise number of victims in the city at the end of the conflict. Certainly high.
This commission believes that the non-existent local Occitan resistance armed every human being capable of picking up a rifle in order to counter the SRN army. In support of this statement, the total absence of military documentation concerns the forced recruitment or otherwise of children in the Royal Occitan army."
There was a minute of silence on the part of the PM to digest all these infformations, which the world knew, but he did not have the courage to tell them publicly, until now.
A real injustice, in the general silence of the world, came just a few miles from our house. The world looked elsewhere while a people was exterminated. This is not a war, the war involves a clash between two armed forces and not the systematic murder of civilians.
Today, W. Occitania intends to continue the extermination project of the Occitan population started during the war by the Republic of Serenniere. The Grand Duchy has a moral duty to try to stop this madness, which is why in the last few days sanctions have been imposed against the puppet government of W. Occitania and the puppet maker SRN.
Our action, however, cannot end here, the faults of our fathers remind us that we must prevent this from happening again, today are the Occitans, and if tomorrow were the Gunnlanders?
For this reason I officially call on all nations to join the Grand Duchy of Lars and impose sanctions against W. Occitania and SRN as well. Furthermore, I request that international observers be allowed to enter the Occitan Protectorate in order to conduct further independent investigations, the refusal could lead to more severe sanctions.
What is the price of a man's life to the eyes of the Serenniere, I wonder.
