While it grieves us so, we have no choice but to immediately pay the bill of 21,001,435.56. This will be transferred to international Solaris accounts over the next 10 hours. These things of course, take time. We also over the next 8 hours, will unfreeze any Solaris assets that are frozen.

We are regretful of any insult given to the Solaris Church or the Solaren People. We have taken steps to bring our nations closer to war, something which we can all agree would be most regretful. While we would seek apologies from the Solaris leadership for encouraging attacks on civilians, we understand that we may have pushed Solaren to do so.

We have asked our allies to immediately cease any military actions that would strain relations or be taken by any objective person as being offensive.

In return, we expect the return of our 3,800 Nicosians to Lorraine so they may be transported home immediately. We expect them to be unharmed.

We do this in the interest of peace so valuable, that only Solaren and Nicosia can truly understand.
