The government of the Ebrian state and its people salute the Republic of Tianlong and greets friends and allies in democracy and liberty. We send this telegram with the interest and the request to become a member nation of the World Belt Initiative and are coming with a series of projects that will bring Ebria back to its pre-uprising splendour and will that would return one of Gallo-Germania's big economies back into building international cooperation and prosperity.
To do so, we offer a series of projects that need investments so that the Ebrian economy recovers and with that, trade returns to normal, aiding the other member countries of the initiative:

- The Rebuilding of Valls: which will include a series of projects to ensure that the infrastructure of the city is back in place, such as the rebuilding of the piping and sewage system to provide quality water so that, the repaving of a series of trunk roads linking the industrial plants to the city and to the national road infrastructure, the rebuilding of the Terminal at Cuatros Vientos International Airport, the Puerta de Recoletos Rail Station and the Recoletos Railyard, and the rebuilding of the port facilities;
- The Rebuilding of Avila port facilities in the aftermath of the Csengo-Anglian attack;
- The Rebuilding of Villanueva: affected not by the war, but by the earthquake in December, the project includes the rebuilding of important trunk roads, the port and the shipyards.
- National Infrastructure Projects: Cleanup and rebuilding of Highway No.8 (Autopista 8) as it crosses the Sierra Dorada, the Autopista 3 around Arapiles and the high speed rail line from Valls to Daimiel and further to San Benito and Manzanares;
