The Republique Populaire has not engaged in any illegal or immoral actions with respect to the Occitanian nobility. The untoward incidents which have occurred are entirely the result of disputes within the aristocratic families. The Basic Law for the Protectorate of Occitania (West) is clear that the portion of the aristocratic properties which has been relinquished will be distributed among the peasantry.
The defeated Kingdom of Occitania perpetuates myths. The aristocratic dynasties are not being destroyed, simply redefined within the context of the Basic Law.
